Quirk Drawbacks: Twenty four hour time limit. The features will only remain as long as the person is wet. She can't control what features appear on other people, although she can on herself.
Personality: Umi is shy and extremely socially anxious, but loving. They want nothing more than friends but she just can't bring herself to talk to people. She's impressionable and can be too easily swayed, and they'll take any amount of kindness as the end-all. She can be a bit of a crybaby and is a very curious person.

Costume: A full-body skintight suit made with a special fabric that can stretch and create gaps to accommodate her fins and such popping out. It's green and looks like it's scaled.
Backstory: When she was five, she and her dads were almost burned to death in a house fire. After Edgeshot rescued her family, she wanted to be a Hero and save people just like he saved her, despite her social anxiety.
