Personality: Ouyogoro is a psychopath. He can act kind, caring, and soft when he wants to draw someone in, but to his core he's cold and calculating. He can care about people, but when he does, he has a tendency to either want to hurt them or the people around them, depending on the person and relationship. He'll tease and such to get a rise out of someone, but there's usually not meaning behind it.
