"This is so freeing" I say laying down on the couch
Rikku laughed "hate having to hide everything?'
"Having my tail wrapped around my leg or waist is kinda uncomfortable after awhile and wearing the beanie everyday gets all hot and stuff" I say "and don't get me started on shoes"
"Anything interesting happens?" Shizu asked
"Not really?' I say "everything has been nice"
"That's good" says Rikku
"I mean I never thought I would become friends with humans.... wanting to kill me and all" I say
"Are all monsters like you?" Asked Rikku
"I don't know" I say "monsters keep to themselves...they aren't a pack kinda deal" I say
"Rikku we learn about that" says Shizu "Monsters are usually by themselves"
"Well... I've met some" I say
"Really?" Asked Rikku
She turned a bit to face me since she was sitting against the couch while Shizu sat on the other one
"Yeah, some were nice others.... Weren't" I say
"That's why there are hunters" says Rikku "to kill them"
I took a deep breath "I guess... But it's scary knowing I could be killed...I could die due to what I am"
The room got quiet "sorry...that was dark"
"No no it's fine" said Shizu "I would be too"
"Yeah... Maybe when we become hunters we can make it better" says Rikky "though you will.have to wait a bit since both me and Shizu are freshman"
"Davis and Kat are seniors so they can make change" says Shizu
"Yeah...can we move on from this?" I asked
"Uh- sure" says Rikku
"What should we walk about?" Asked Shizu
"Uh- I don't know" I say
"Uh- maybe the fact that blake has a crush on Jack?" Said Rikku
"I guess? I mean I can't see it" says Shizu
"See what?" I asked
"The two of them being a couple" says Shizu "it just... I don't know I just can see them fit together"
"Fair" says Rikku
"What do you mean?" I asked
"Like could you see them being like me and Rikky" says Shizu
"Ah- no" I say "I feel like that's rude"
"It would piss blake off but eh" Says Rikku
"Talking about crushes" says Shizu "do you have any?"
The two looked at me "I- uh...uh- next question?"
"Your face is red!" Rikky pointed out
"You asked an embarrassing question!" I said
"You like someone don't you?" Rilku asked
The two were smiling at me "m-maybe" I said before using a pillow to cover my face while laying down
"Ayyyy!" Said Shizu "who is it?"
I sighed and got into a sitting position"shino...."
"Really?" Asked Rikku
"W-what? Can you not see it?" I asked
"No no I can" says Rikku "just caught me off guard"
"Oh..." I say
"You two would be cute together" says Shizu
"If he would even want to be with me" I say
"He would! Anyone would be lucky to be with you" says Rikku
"Thanks" I say
"You should try it out" says Shizu
"Maybe...." I say "I want to hang out a bit"
"Fair get to know him more" says Rikku
"Yeah" I say "why don't we watch tv?"
"Sure" says Shizu and they start to look for a movie
I had the pillow against me while I stared at the tv 'I would love to be with him... But I would hurt him... Hell he's becoming a hunter and I'm what he needs to kill... But they want to change it like Rikky and Shizu said'
I looked at the two then at the tv 'I want to give it a try.... Even if I have to leave in the end... I want to try... Maybe that can change things maybe it's a step in the right direction'
I smiled 'yeah.. i wanna be with him'
