The whole gang was looking everywhere for their fiery friend. Lunar huffed, frustrated at the situation. "Just great. One moment we're all having a good time and relaxing, and not even a second later James gets taken away by some random portal which leads to who knows where!!" the feline hissed, lashing her tail. "I know. That was just so sudden." Mellow mumbled, standing next to the cat with a hand on her chin.

An old witch stood out in the back yard, trying to process what the young adults were trying to tell her. "Let me get this straight," she started, turning to CC and Raven who were examining the scorched area where the portal was. "A portal appeared behind your friend, James, and now he has possibly been transported to another part of the world?" she finished, and Jason nodded. "That's correct, ma'am. It's all a matter of figuring out where the portal leads to."

Lunar had a paw on her chin, thinking of why and how a random portal appeared out of nowhere and took her friend. She turned to Elly, her expression slightly softening at seeing the direwolf look sad. She was indeed worried for James and where he could be at, but she didn't show it. "Nothing comes to mind?" she heard Dakota ask her, to which she shook her head. "No. Can't think of anything. It's all just confusing." She stated, only the truth being said. The t-rex huffed, walking away to the site.

CC kept searching the area along with Raven. The dragon-wolf searched among the grass for anything that would stand out to her, if anything at all. "Isn't there a possibility that your friend did this, Raven?" CC asked unintentionally rather coldly, earning a small growl from the hybrid. "No, CC. I know how to distinguish Brimstone magic from any other type of magic, and Calamitas sure as hell did not do this. She would never do that to my friends." "Right. Sorry, it's just... it happened so quick, I don't even know how it happened." She went on, stopping when she felt a paw on her shoulder. "It's fine, I know it happened so suddenly, but don't worry, we'll get him back." CC turned away, going back to scanning the ground. "I hope you're right."

Raven sighed, crouching back down to look for something. Then the reflection of something caught her eye, gaining her attention. She moved closer to the object and found some sort of scale along with a torn piece of paper with a few letters written on it, and a black gem shard. "Wha?" she picked the items up, curiosly examining them. The paper had a few words written on them while the rest seemed to be wiped away. "Hey, CC? I found something."

CC immediately went to Raven, hope glistening in her eyes. "What is it? What did you find?!" she asked, then looked at the items her dragon friend had on her paw. "A scale, old paper, and a black gem..." she muttered, grabbing the things. "I'll examine these in the science room. Come with me." CC then rushed inside the house, with Raven following suit.

"Where are they going with such a rush?" Roxan mumbled, to which Bitzen shrugged. She walked up to Elly, petting her head gently. "Don't worry, Elly. James will soon be back here safe and sound." The direwolf kept looking down, but mumbled a small "I hope so.." just barely audible to the others. Roxan didn't hear this as she made her way to the old witch, Torga. Along with closed eyes she had a smile on her face, which confused the girl. "Uhm, ma'am? Why are you.." "I have a feeling we will figure it out soon enough. " she said, further confusing Roxan. "What?"

Down in the science room, Raven was in the plasma chamber searching through all the possible places the items could have come from, meanwhile at the computer outside the chamber.

She felt that she should have been the one to search in the chamber, but at the same time she knew that she wouldn't survive more than a minute in there due to its extremely high power, which made Raven the best bet at finding where James was taken. She's a dragon, and one who has otherworldly powers.

CC sighed, running a hand through her hair, frustrated. It has been one hour and nothing was found, no answer. "Can't find anything in this world that matches the objects." she thought, resting her head on her hands. CC turned off the machine, allowing Raven to step out of it for a break before continuing the search. She was lost in thought, trying to figure out the answer. "Never in my life have I thought that these things didn't give us an answer to where James has been taken to." Raven groaned, rubbing her head. "It's like these things come from another world or something!"

"Another world?" CC repeated in her mind, looking back at the items. She then looked at the paper, examining the written words. They were indeed in a different language, but she could not pin point exactly what language it was. "Unless..." "Raven, try searching again! This time, look through all the possible universes!" she yelled to the dragon, who nodded and hopped back into the chamber. CC then turned it back on, allowing Raven to search through the universes to find where the items came from.

She searched and searched, almost collapsing at the pain the chamber brought her. Raven didn't care about the pain, however, as she wanted to find her friend. "Come oooonn. Villain, opposite, role swap." The list went on and on, for hours of the day.

Raven was about to give up due to the lack of energy, but she saw a universe which matched the items they had. This one universe stood out to her just as CC shut off the machine to save her from passing out completely.

The very universe James was dragged into is the world of dragons, all different tribes, and with an amazing storyline, also Raven's favorite book series: Wings of Fire
