"Sweetheart, can you tell papa what gift do you want in your birthday?" You asked
Sooyeon look at you "I don't want anything, just stay with me papa"
"Of course I will sweetheart, papa will never leave you" you said
Sooyeon giggles
"Is that all sweetheart?" You asked
Sooyeon expression turn into sadness "I want to see mom...."
Irene heart aches hearing what Sooyeon said
"You want to see mom?" you asked
Sooyeon nodded "I miss mama..."
"Do you still remember what she looks like?" you asked
"Not really...." Sooyeon asked
You cannot blame your daughter because the last moment she had with her mom were traumatic for her. After Irene left, Sooyeon were always crying asking for Irene and she always dreamed on Irene. This scene breaks you apart, you were also suffering plus you have to stay strong for your daughter. It was so hard for you to handle but you manage to overcome it.
"You want mom to come back?" You asked
Sooyeon nodded
"What do you remember about your mom?" you asked
"I remember mom's voice.... Calling me by my nickname" Sooyeon said
"Did you know that papa already found your mom?" you said
Sooyeon eyes widened as she look at you with teary eyes then she went down holding your hand
"Where's mom? Please papa! Tell me where is mom?! Papa where is mom?" Sooyeon said begging you
"Yuna-ah...." Irene spoke
Sooyeon were stunned as she slowly turn her gaze towards Irene.
"It's me.... Your mom..." Irene said with teary eyes
"Mama?" Sooyeon spoke
Sooyeon remembered her mom voice, the flashes of vivid memories came to her as she stare at Irene with tears streaming down to her cheeks.
"Mama?" Sooyeon said
"It's me Yuna-ah.... It's mama" Irene said
"Mama!!" Sooyeon rush towards her hugging her so as Irene did the same
You also wanted to cry but you kept your composure and look at them but you can't hide the tears of yours. Hearing your little princess that you love so much cries. Irene were also crying hugging her daughter.
"Eomma.... Don't leave.... Don't go...." Sooyeon said
"I'm so sorry Yuna-ah.... I'm sorry I left you" Irene said
Sooyeon were crying not letting go of Irene. Irene carried her and you walk towards them and hug them. Jihyo and Soobin were there witnessing the moment you guys had. Jihyo also felt so touch by the scene as Soobin comforted her.
"This moment is so sad..." Jihyo said
"I know" Soobin said
"Mama... Stay with me" Sooyeon said
"I will.... Mama will not leave your side ever again" Irene said
"I love you mama" Sooyeon said
"I love you too sweetie" Irene said
Sooyeon then slowly fell asleep in Irene arms while clutching on Irene shirt. Irene then peck the side of Sooyeon head and you look at her.
"You better stay with her now" you said
