The wind had a slight breeze as I sped walked all the way to my first class. I woke up late and since Kasey has 8am classes she wouldn't have woken me up after my 5 alarms

I didn't even go to bed that late. I went to bed around 1! I tripped on a dip in the concrete making me pull myself together as I open the door and am relieved to see the professor isn't even here yet

I sat right where I sat yesterday and saw Iñaki messing with a paper. It looked kinda like a document or a letter. I couldn't read much before the door swung open and Mr.Barnes was waddling down the aisle before reaching his desk all the way down at the bottom.

"I'm very sorry for being late class I seemingly woke up late...will not happen again." He said trying to fix his tattered hair

Class started as usual starting off with a slideshow many people just find online and then take notes. Or even better they just record the whole lecture on their phone and watch it later.

I was taking notes when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned to my left and it was Iñaki. "Hey I remember you. From the beach." He said sounding like it was a top secret mission

"Me too." I said blankly not looking up from my page as I wrote what Mr.Barnes said

"I uh...I never caught your name." He said almost whispering in my ear his breath lightly grazing my neck

"[Name]." I said a bit stiff just because I didn't expect that

"Ah...[Name]. That name suits you." Iñaki said making me form a weird face

"How?" I said my nose crinkling as I looked at Iñaki his face looking like a child

"I don't know...it just fits you, it fits your face." He admitted tilting his head down a bit

"Thanks" I said a bit confused on if it was a compliment or if he just said it as a statement

"Your welcome!" He said giving me one of his dumb smiles

"Class dismissed!" Mr.Barnes said clapping his hands together as people slowly moved out the class as I started to pack up

On the inside I was screaming cause I didn't pay attention for like half a lecture cause Iñaki wanted to talk to me so much. I guess I could ask someone for the recording and catch up

I felt someone step on the back of my shoe and quickly turned just to see Iñaki holding his hands up in defense. "Not my fault you walk slow." He said moving to my side

"This is an empty sidewalk. You didn't have to walk behind me." I said slightly annoyed

Iñaki didn't say anything. He only just stood by my side looking at me with anticipation

I sighed before continuing to walk to my next class as we both fell into a comfortable silence with every so often Iñakis bare arm grazed mine

He was warm. Which was weird since it was already starting to get chilly outside and I was thinking about wearing a jacket tomorrow

"So uh...you've made big decisions right?" Iñaki said making me turn my head a bit just enough to see him out the corner of my eye

"I guess. Not anything life threatening but I've made some hard decisions." I said as we got closer to the west hall.

"Why?" I asked while Iñaki walked a little faster before opening the door for me. I smiled at him before saying "thank you."

"Oh your welcome, it's just...some guy emailed me for a very great opportunity. But, it would effect my school life." Iñaki said as we walked down the aisle and took our seats

"How would it effect your school life?" I asked pulling my laptop out and my journal

"Well I wouldn't be able to go to college. I would go to another part of the world and most likely I won't finish college either at all or when I'm almost in my thirties." Iñaki said which made my nose crinkle

"Oh, well I don't think you should ask me. That's your decision. But my opinion...that does sound really cool." I said making Iñaki give me an odd look

"You get to travel, you don't have to do college or atleast postpone it. And, well I don't know what your doing but it must be better then going to lectures everyday and being stuck in a sticky, and dirty dorm all the time." I said smiling while I spoke. Which I didn't really realize till I finished speaking

"Hm I guess..." Iñaki said before spacing out either thinking about it or just not wanting to pay attention either way. Not my problem

I put in one earbud and the rest of class went by pretty fast. As everyone was packing up and shook Iñaki a bit pulling him out of his trace

"We're leaving." I said as Iñaki quickly grabbed his laptop and pens and slung his back pack on his shoulders

"What do you have after this?" Iñaki said as we started to walk out the west hall

"I've got like two free hours till my next class, you?" I asked knowing I'm about to pig out on the leftover food from the lunch hall I got yesterday

"I've got another class but uh...you free at like six?" Iñaki asked with some hope in his eye. Sadly I'm about to kill that hope

"Uh sorry I've my last class is at 6." I said guilt spreading from my throat and finding it's place right in my stomach

I saw Iñakis face droop a bit making the guilt shake around in my stomach

"Oh, well I'll see you later." Iñaki said with a quick smile and walked away to his next class

I didn't want to eat now...the food sat in front of me but I still felt the guilt for being a bit too cruel to Iñaki
