The sun shone brightly that day, setting into the beautiful oasis of clouds that was hidden in the sky, off the coast of the flying city of Xyrus. Almost Amethyst accents colored the sky with a defined orange hue surrounding it, straight of a picture book. The flying city was blooming with the rain season coming early, the harvest was gonna arrived in grand steps as the spring season was coming. Merchants would have booming stalls and Xyrus would be buzzing with tourists and the economy will shimmer to life as it did every year at this time.
Students of the most prestigious academy in Xyrus circled the town in packs on their summer vacations most spending it either in school on campus of going out everyday to explore the city they would or had spent a few years in. Tessia was part of the calmer camp that trained despite the break they were granted, her friend Lena was also a student that was dedicated to her craft. Lena had the combat prowess of a cat yet the intellect of a war veteran, her friendly demeanor was the contrast of her cold stage once she played strategy games. Tessia had grown up quite a bit, now much taller than the little girl that left Zeltair three years ago.
( Context time, Arthur left the Elves on the 7th Decel of the year 577, since than he crossed the country and ended up at the Helstea Auction which brought him to meet the asuras in the 9th Decel of the year, he spent two-three Decels/ Months being an adventurer, he then left for the land of the Asuras for a total of three years up to now 7 months with Kodri before 2 years perfecting choas with Lux , sorry if i messed up the timeline a little kinda got busy irl, alot of issues but now Arthur is 15 years old and Tess just hit 16, the attack on Xyrus was delayed a year as Arthur wasn't there so Agrona delayed his plans a bit futher.)
Though not everything can be easy, " Tessia, please have all of last week's incidental 'trouble makers' on my desk by this afternoon, I'll have them handle by the DC this week."
"ehh! Director Goodsky what're you doing here?" She was surprised at her sudden appearance within the large campus overlooked by the giant clock tower sitting gloriously at the center of the Academy.
"Well it's a wonderful day out today, i came to see my little one progress as well as her peers." Tessia looked around at all the admiring stares she been getting since the grey haired Director had appeared close to her. "Still daydreaming a lot I see,"
"Please excuse my inconsideration, master." a pinkish tint took control of her cheeks as she'd realized how much she was spacing out, and why. " Why make the DC handle outbursts, the Student Council is already taking care of any infractions occurring between students,"
"Change is coming, I'd would rather change with the storm then fight it." Her words seem to hold a deeper meaning, a harbored truth of sorts. A tone Tessia had heard before, a Tone Director Goodsky only used when she was serious, of doubtful of something. "Be wary of the next weeks Tessia. Something isn't turning right in Xyrus.
"What do you--" A shimmering wind snuffled her word with Cynthia's bond coming down from its perch atop of the clock tower. It's designing was rich and flourish with complicated designs leaving an a modern and fancy appearance with all its designs.
Tessia was still doubtful of the manner Cynthia was so blunt about her worries, she started convincing herself it was simply a warning from her teacher, though dark times were coming and they weren't ending soon.

There was no emotion.
None, the first time he achieved something truly remarkable in this world, yet it didn't feel like any other exploit, any day, any hour, any minute, any second.
Despite, being the first ever human to link himself to Chaos, he shrugged it off. Arthur had built a linked to Chaos in under a month yet even then he called it sluggish. Lux praised him for days and even offered to throw a banquet in celebration of his new protegee, yet there was no excitement. The boy just continued his learning, after all this time he'd familiarized himself with the Phoenix's stronghold. The library became his sanctuary with infinite halls filled with endless documents dating to ancient times, so follow so every volume was written in an unknown tongue to the young human. Though likely to take years to learn a new language, Arthur still took his worry to his teacher.
