Jia groaned and ruffled her hair, feeling deeply frustrated. She had never been this disorganized and confused, and it made her mad.
She wasn't used to making such simple mistakes and it frustrated her. She was not used to experiencing such a lack of inspiration, it made her feel out of control.
She hated that
It was 11 PM and she had been at her studio in her apartment since 6. She had been working tirelessly on Aespas song. The garbage bins were now overflowing with various discarded sheets with random lyrics scribbled all over them.
She worked quickly to create the instrumental by sampling the classic Tetris theme song, which she had to thank Adora. The blonde girl had been playing Nintendo in her studio all day, and the melody was stuck in Jia's head. The result was actually quite good, better than Jia had expected and she was thrilled with the result.
Despite being happy with the instrumental track she created, she was still at a loss with the lyrics. Everything she tried felt like a mismatch, and although typically she would simply create a new one, in this case, she was smitten with the rhythm and melody. She didn't want to give up on what she created
"I need some fresh air, or I'll end up breaking something," Jia sighed as she grabbed her black zip-up hoodie, bucket hat, and mask. She needed to get out of the cramped space and make a change of scenery.

Jia stepped out of her apartment and onto the bustling streets, feeling a sense of relief as she took in a deep breath of the cool night air. As she walked, her pace was slowed by the many lights and sounds that surrounded her, she headed towards Han River.
The night was beautiful, with moonlight illuminating the water, casting an otherworldly light over the river. Her eyes were drawn to a nearby ice cream truck, its lights and sweet scent inviting her over. As she walked towards the truck, she noticed a tall girl wearing a beanie waiting in line ahead of her
As the girl ahead of Jia in line received her ice cream, it was Jia's turn to order. "Can I get two scoops of mint chocolate, please?" she asked the young cashier as she gave her the money, making sure to leave a good tip too
