The Sun Incinerator is seen drifting through space, its thrusters flickering. Lars is sitting in the captain's chair. the Off Colors are at their respective stations.
"Captain's log. Star date, uh... Thursday. Space... is really big. Everything is messed up. Our nova thrusters are busted. And getting home is taking forever." Lars says fed up
Rhodonite turns to Lars. "Hey, Captain? Should we be writing this down?"
"Uh, yeah!-" Rhodonite Suddenly, Steven emerges from Lars' hair with a sub sandwich.
"Who wants a party sub!?" Steven says excitedly
"What exactly are we celebrating?" Rhodonite asks
"You guys beat Emerald. And you rescued me and Connie from the Jungle Moon. And you have this super fast ship, so you'll be back on Earth in no time." Steven explains
"It's only super fast when it works." Lars snatches the sandwich from Steven
Fluorite emerging from the engine room "Captain Lars... I've finished... rerouting..."
"Power from the gravity engine to the nova thrusters? Great! Twins, floor it on the thrusters!" Lars orders
"Right away, Captain! Yes, Captain!" The Rutile Twins begin tapping on a console
The Rutile Twins activate the nova thrusters, and the ship begins to pick up speed briefly when the thrusters falter and the ship's power goes out.
"Aww!..." All the off colours groan
"Captain Lars, don't use the thrusters! We're going to lose power!"
"Thanks, Padparadscha." Lars dejectedly groans
"Hey... If we're going to be drifting a while, there's some gems I'd like you all to meet." Steven offers
Lars looks at his hair and groans. "Are they bigger than that sandwich?"
"Maybe a few pickles bigger." Steven says
"Bigger than you?" Lars asks
"I mean, one of them don't have to be."
"Fine. Bring 'em over." Lars defeatedly says
Steven jumps into Lars' hair and shortly reemerges with Garnet, shapeshifted into Steven.
"Twins!" Steven poses with Garnet
"Another...Steven?..." Fluorite slowly says
"There's more of you?!" Lars asks shocked "Wait you said some gems as in plural. "
"Oh, he's getting a running start he can't shapeshift," Steven says as lars's hair glows
As lars's hair glows, Turquoise dives out and lands on the floor in a kind of superhero pose
Turquoise stands up and stretches as Garnet shapeshifts back to normal, and the others gasp, catching a glimpse of Garnet's eyes before she adjusts her visor back into place
"Her eyes. A fusion?" The Rutile Twins ask
"He's going to bring back another Steven!" Padparadscha says, shocked
"This is Garnet. She leads the Crystal Gems back on Earth, and this is an off colour from Earth, " Steven explains
Turquoise reveals his face. "Steven thought it would be a good thing if I knew there were more gems like me," Turquoise explains
The Rutile Twins and Rhodonite look at Turquoise, walking around him, inspecting him
"Yes, I know a male gem is unheard of, and well, what I am is also unheard of." Turquoise chuckles a little, showing his gem

STEVEN UNIVERSE - "the off colour" MALE GEM
Fantasyyou, the reader, are an off colour Male gem, a turquoise, to be exact. This story is kind of a ship story. Turquoise, being an outcast, has mysteriously ended up on earth with no recollection of how he got there.
