I already know my favourite's gonna be 'Good Night'🌙

.

"Wakey, wakey." The half-naked man leaves a kiss on my forehead.

I moan while turning to face the other side, reluctant to leave the bed.

The man hugs me from behind. "Are you not going to get up, love?" There's no response.

"You leave me no choice, babe." He then starts planting kisses all around my face, from my forehead to my brows, to my cheeks, nose, chin, and lastly, my lips.

As he deepens the kiss on my lips, I surrender. "Okay, okay. I'm getting up now.'

"What a pity, I wanted to kiss them for a bit longer.' He pouted and gently brushed his fingers against my lips. "I made breakfast, come down when you're ready." He gave me one last peck on my lips before he left the bedroom.

.

The annoying, constant ringing of the alarm woke Dal up from her dream. "I haven't had breakfast yet." She unwillingly got out of bed, knowing that there would be no one to kiss her out of bed.

Before she even went into the bathroom to freshen up, she sat down at her desk. She opened the drawer which revealed a set of seven notebooks, each of a colour of the rainbow. She then took out the purple notebook, which was almost completely filled. She flipped to an empty page and started recording the dream she just had with as many details as possible.

.

She has dreamt of the same guy for as long as she can remember. She started writing down her dreams when she was in second grade, but the dreams definitely started to appear way before then. There is no regular pattern as to how frequently the dreams appear. Sometimes it's once a month, and sometimes it's more than once a week.

Her best friend, Jiwoong, who's the only other person in the world who knows about her dreams, once asked her, "How are you even sure that he exists? He might just be an imaginary character that your unconscious mind has made up."

Everyone would have thought that he was talking sense, yet there are things in the world that couldn't be dealt with common sense.

"I just know it. I can feel him, I can feel that he's somewhere in this world."

She has no clue about his name, but she assumes they're of similar ages because he grew up alongside her. She has no clue about where he is in the world, but she assumes he is Korean like her because he speaks in Korean in her dreams.

She also knows he likes taking walks in nature because he would ask her to go on morning walks with him. She knows he likes animals because he wouldn't shut up about those cute dog videos on YouTube and has mentioned that he owns two pomeranians. She knows he has two tattoos, one on his right arm and one in between his collarbones, because they decided the design together. She knows he can make coffee because he often offers to make her a cup of coffee in the morning.

He was there through every step of her life. He would comfort her and wipe away her tears when she was having a hard time. He would hold her hands and gaze at her with sparkles in his eyes as she told him about her adventures. He would tell her about his proud achievements and ask for a compliment or a reward. He would give the most endearing hugs and kisses. They acted exactly like lovers who were deeply in love. Of course, all of this was limited to the dreamland.
