While in school As I got off of the bus, I decided to speed run to guidance for my schedule I couldn't accept the fact that Theo made me feel that way just by looking at me. On the way though, I thought I spotted my ex best friend Manny and my stomach almost dropped to my ass "Maybe I'm just hallucinating" I said to myself out loud The reason why I was scared was not because it was awkward but because of why we were no longer best friends
Flashback 5 years ago... I put my hoodie over my head to avoid all the stares from the people in the hallway as I went to look for Manny while tears ran down my face. I found her at the end of the hallway laughing with some of her other friends. As soon as I saw her I slapped her across the face "What the fuck is your problem Manny?" I shouted at her "The hell was that for?" she said angrily while rubbing her face "I trusted you! I told you everything and I trusted that you would keep your promise and not tell anyone." "What are you talking about Myla?" she asked me acting oblivious "I know you told people about my dad, stop acting dumb Manny" I shouted at her again "Oh you're talking about that" she said laughing "Yea I did and what about it" she said with a smirk
"How could you?Why did you?" I asked crying "I don't want to be your friend anymore, You're so annoying with all your problems" "My family has problems too but you don't hear me complaining!" she screamed at me "How dare you belittle me!" I say as I punch her "I never once told anyone the things you told me, you've told my business but I still refuse to tell yours.I hope you're happy with your sorry ass. I never want to speak to you again" I say to her calmly with tears streaming down my face
Present.. Wow! Tragic! Hopefully I just mistook someone else for her. Finally arriving to this office, I walk in and take a seat. I smile at the woman sitting at her desk While patiently waiting for my counselor to finish I decided to listen my bktherula playlist on full volume of course. After two songs I feel a tap on my shoulders and I turned my head to see who it was "Hello" my counselor said with a smile "Hi" I responded She was a short old woman with wrinkles all over her face and eyeliner on her eyelids If I was her age I might have tried to smash and I said what I said chile. She was so funny and we had a keke. But all that laughing had to stop when she told me there were three different floors, I just know I'm going to be out of breath running up those stairs. After getting my schedule set up and asking for the school map it was time to go to my first class which I was very anxious about. About to exit the guidance office, I open the door and suddenly I make eye contact with someone I thought I would never see again .. Manny
