"today's the day, gyujin! why am i so nervous?" gyuvin was currently pacing back and forth in his room. he saw the melodramatic 14 year old roll his eyes.

today was the first time since he and ricky began dating that they'd go on a date. after 3 days of planning, they decided to go shopping and then the aquarium afterwards.

he finally stopped pacing and began to rummage through his closet. "which one looks better? black jeans or ripped blue jeans?"

he wanted to look his absolute best for his boyfriend, who had an automatic "look good" feature. he ultimately decided on the ripped jeans and shoo'd gyujin out of his room.

he heard his phone buzzing and so he went to grab it. is he already here?

gyuvin. your one and only boyfriend is here!!

i'll be out in 5!

he shoved his phone in his pocket as he quickly put on a jacket and started to walk towards the door. he waved at gyujin, who was eating ramen at the table.

as he was closing the door, he felt arms around him. "c'mon! let's go" ricky said, pulling gyuvin's arm. gyuvin smiled and intertwined their hands.

as they walked down the street, the afternoon breeze ruffled their hair, and the soft glow of streetlights cast a romantic ambiance around them.

they strolled hand in hand as they walked towards the mall. gyuvin secretly stole glances at ricky, admiring him under the sun.

"should we go to the mall first?"

"yes!" gyuvin laughed at ricky as he attempted to drag gyuvin so he'd go faster. once they arrived, he was pulled into a store.

the store had plushies, drinks, and art supplies. gyuvin looked around as he walked through the aisles.

ricky let go of his hand as he said "can you buy these for me? please!" gyuvin took it from him and surveyed it.

it was a small notebook with flowers on the page and 4 pens that just looked cute. he looked up at ricky, who'd occupied himself with other things on the shelves.

gyuvin decided to tap him out of his trance. as the other looked up, gyuvin got sucked into the cuteness of ricky's boba-like eyes.

"pretty please!"

"i'll buy it but..."

"but? but what!"

"find me something just as cute!" gyuvin booped his nose and just like that, ricky grabbed his hand and pulled him through the store.

he beard giggling from the other boy. why's he laughing? when ricky turned around, gyuvin saw that he was holding a cat plush.

"how about this? it's a cat plush because you say i look like a cat!" he laughed and handed it to gyuvin. "now you'll see me even when we're apart." how cute...

"you're cuter! i'll take it though" before he knew it, he was at the cash register paying for all of the items. as they walked out, ricky was distracted by candy dispensers.

"give me 25 cents?" gyuvin handed it over and saw ricky use it for gummy bears. as ricky walked back eating his candy, gyuvin found him to be adorable.
