Ever since yesterday's incident, Ruby hasn't gotten out of her bedroom. She developed a fever. Dahyun, Sunoo and Jungwon were the first ones who noticed her absence this morning.

"Hurry up before lord Jungkook notices us" sunoo whispers

"shut up already" jungwon whispers back.

Dahyun peeked her head after opening the door of Ruby's room.

She saw the brunette cuddled up in the sheets of her bed. The trio tip toed inside the room and closed the door.

As they approached her, they noticed dried tears drawn on her pale skin.

she was crying ?!

was she crying herself to sleep?

Sunoo approached the sleeping beauty and put his palm on her forehead. His palm was burnt, she has a fever.

"this isn't good..." sunoo looks at his two closest friends

"is she sick?!" dahyun worries

"we have to do something" jungwon whispers

"what if the King finds out...he'll kill her, because he'll think that she's a burden to us" sunoo worries

"we can't let that happen." dahyun stands up

"we need to heal her before it's too late" jungwon rushes outside

The trio gave the sleeping girl one last look before walking out. They were in the kitchen right now

"let's bring her some chocolate, i heard humans like it" dahyun stuffs mini chocolates in her pockets

"is all that for Ruby or you?" sunoo raised his eyebrow.

"for Ruby of course"

"right...." he rolls his eyes

"she's probably thirsty" jungwon hid a whole bottle in his clothes

The trio was packing up everything possible for you.

Suddenly ni-ki walks in while he's rubbing his eyes. He must've just woken up. His hair was quite messy and he still wore his black and red plaid pajamas paired with a black tank top.

"what are y'all doing?" he says in his sleepy voice

"uh nothing!" jungwon hides the water bottle behind him

"aye come on now, i wasn't born yesterday. you're lying wonie" ni-ki teases

The trio exchanged looks contemplating whether to tell the youngest or not. They knew that he couldn't keep secrets for shit.

"so are y'all hiding something from me or what?" ni-ki raised his eyebrow

"listen up riki, we'll tell you but you HAVE to keep this a secret. UNDERSTOOD?" dahyun explained

The brunette boy nodded excessively while smiling playfully.

"we're stealing stuff to feed Ruby, she has a heavy fever. We have to heal her before it's too late. You better not tell the King or she'll be in danger" sunoo warns

"i'll help."

Dahyun, Sunoo and Jungwon were quite shook to hear their friend and brother say that.
