Biggest Fool of All

I wish I could lie In your arms,

and listen to your heartbeat while I fall asleep. 

I'm drunk at the thought of loving you,

but it hurts to know that you may not feel the same way. 

The TV is a cold comfort, 

I need to hear your voice. 

I'm mad about you, do you know how many stories I've written about you? 

That's how much I love you,

but you think I'm a fool for falling for you. 

Aren't we all fools?

And I'm the biggest fool of all. Damn it, you.
