The three looked through the book for a bit before stumbling into a section about mythical abilities. As she read through the section, Sabbi spotted Bryan's ability on one of the pages. "Hey Bryan, they have stuff about your ability here!" Sabbi smiled as she faced the book to him. This caused Bryan's interest to peak, making him go over to the table to read his section. Under aerokinesis, it showed the levels of the ability, a line for its disadvantage, and the rarities of it. "It looks like you're on level one, which isn't much of a surprise." Sabbi read off the section to Bryan and looked at the disadvantage. "And it looks like natural disasters like tornadoes could mess up your power if you try to control their wind." "Damn, can I at least form my own tornadoes then?" Bryan folded his arms. "It doesn't say, but even if you could, it'll probably take a good amount of training to control your wind ability that much. According to the book, all abilities have 3 levels to them, a majority of them are timed." "Timed? What do you mean by that?" Chaz asked as she leaned forward to look at the book. "For Bryan, he starts off as controlling wind for 10 minutes. When he levels up, he can control wind for longer periods of time until he reaches level 3, where he can control it for an unlimited amount of time. Andre's teleportation power is on this page too." Sabbi looked down the page and read the info out loud. "He has limited distance and location with teleporting, going from 50 meters, then going to anywhere he already has been to, and then anywhere he can think of. The only thing he needs to maintain is a clear mind in order for it to work." Andre looked over at the pages before taking the book from Sabbi. "I can go anywhere in the world?! I can finally go to Japan!" He cheered as he spun around with the book. "Andre, be careful!" Kennethn called out as he tried to stop Andre from spinning around. Sabbi looked over at the floor door and thought for a moment. "Something on your mind?" Bryan asked Sabbi as he stood beside her. "I'm just worried about Lucius, he was beaten pretty bad..." Sabbi sighed as she leaned against her chair. "Then let's go see how he's doing now!" Chaz jumped out of her chair and rushed to the floor door, opening it up. "Chaz, hold on!" Sabbi called out to her, but Chaz was already halfway down the ladder. By the time the rest of the group followed her down the ladder, Chaz was already going over to where Lucius was. Lucius was asleep on a hammock hung up in the back of the arena, turning the corner into a little resting spot for himself. "Lucius!" Chaz bellowed at him as she rushed over to his side. Lucius woke up and turned over to Chaz. "Is something wrong..?" he mumbled as he sat up on his hammock. "We wanted to see how you were doing! Do you feel any better?" She asked as she lightly tugged on the hammock. "Of course he's not feeling better, you only let him sleep for 5 minutes..." Bryan rolled his eyes as Lucius reached over to his side table. He took out a pamphlet from the drawer and handed it to Chaz. "This is the pharmacy where I usually get my medical items. I've run out of the type of ointment I need to heal my cuts and I'm in no shape to go get them myself, so I'll need you guys to get them for me." Lucius spoke as Chaz looked through the pamphlet. "But the pamphlet says that the store is in your realm, how are we supposed to get there?" Chaz questioned while pointing to the address listed at the bottom. "The same way I got into your realm." Lucius smiled as he got out of his hammock and began floating off of the ground towards a large blanket covered item. Because of looking through the info book, the group already knew about Lucius's levitation, so they weren't too surprised seeing him floating around. He pulled off the blanket to reveal a circle shaped machinery that appeared to be turned off for now. "This is my realm warp traveler, this is how I got into your realm!" He smiled as he began looking at small bits of the machine to make sure it was still intact. Lucius moved to the right side of the machine, pulling down the lever, causing the machine to rattle around for a brief moment. After a few seconds, the machine stopped its rattling and turned on, illuminating a bright silver light through the open gap of the machine. "You just need to step through the gap while the light is on and it'll take you to my realm. But before you go, there's some stuff I'd like you all to bring with you." He went over to his desk and pulled out a small satchel from the drawer. "Inside is the currency in my realm, make sure to keep it on you at all times. And only give the clerk 3 fish scales, a single coffee bean, and 4 rose buds." Lucius listed as he handed Sabbi the satchel. "I'm sorry, what?" Andre titled his head while Sabbi opened the satchel. Inside was an abundance of random items. "Why are there random pieces of junk in here?" Chaz asked as she looked over into the satchel. "Are...are these teeth?" Sabbi asked as she pulled out a small cluster of different sized teeth. "Yup! There's several different items we use as currency, those teeth are the most valuable." Lucius took the teeth from Sabbi and picked them apart. "Most of the teeth used for currency are from fish, but the more valuable ones are from deeper sea creatures like mermaids and sea serpents. Their scales are valuable too, but the teeth are harder to get, so it makes them worth more. Even if you manage to kill one of the deep sea creatures, it's harder to remove the teeth from the gums than a scale from their body." Lucius explained as he made his way back to his hammock. "That's...interesting." Kennethn responded nervously. "And the second thing I want you to take is upstairs in my fridge. It's for you guys to open for yourselves exactly one hour after you enter my realm. After you're done, come back to where the machine is." The group nodded and went towards the ladder before Lucius stopped them. "I almost forgot to mention this. Sabbi, I know you're the leader of the group, but I think it's best if Andre and Bryan take charge for this task. The people in my realm can be a bit...unpredictable, so I think it would be a better idea for Andre and Bryan to take over this time. They've just gotten their mythical abilities so they'll be able to protect you all if something goes haywire." "Oh hell no, don't leave these dumbasses in charge!" Chaz exclaimed as she went back to Lucius. "It'll only be for this one task, it can't be that bad." Lucius tried to reassure her. "Just please grab the bag from the fridge and your weapons, I'll get the machine started." The group went up the ladder and grabbed the bag and their plastic weapons. As they went down the ladder, the machine Lucius was showing them was now activated, the bright silver light glimmering through the crevices. "You guys have everything you need?" Lucius asked while getting the finishing touches done on the machine. "Yeah, but the fridge bag was pretty big, so Andre had to be the one to carry it." Sabbi points over to Andre, who had to have Bryan hold his plastic weapon for him so he could hold up the bag. "Alright, it's time for you to go. Everyone enter through the light one at a time." Lucius ushered the group through machine, allowing the teens to be transported to his realm. They were transported inside of someone's home, or what was left of someone's home. It appeared to be a cottage that had been ransacked, pieces of furniture left wrecked or were stolen. The group looked around the cottage for a bit before hearing the machine making noises again. They turned to the sound just in time to see the bright silver light that was once illuminating now dim itself, but didn't disappear. "Let's just get going..." Chaz spoke up as she made her way to the front door. She swung it open to reveal a neighborhood full of identical cottages, only in normal condition. The teens left the rundown cottage and looked around the neighborhood for a bit. The cottages were all lined up on a hill, a valley with hundreds of townsfolk laid below it. The teens carefully made their way down the hill before they all stood at the entrance of the town. As they entered the town, several shops could be seen opened and filled with customers. A few of the customers looked a bit odd, having similar deformities as Lucius. The teens tried their best to mind their own business as they continued to search for the pharmacy. There were many different shops, so it was hard for them to find which one was the pharmacy, some stores not even having a sign to indicate what kind of store it was. After half an hour of searching, they finally found the pharmacy, which was surprisingly void of customers compared to the other stores. Chaz and Kenneth scattered around, looking through all of the shelves of items while Sabbi, Bryan, and Andre went up to the counter. "Hey, we're looking for..." Sabbi paused and began pondering for a moment. "What are you waiting for? Tell him what we need!" Bryan folded his arms as Andre and he waited for Sabbi to speak. "He never told us the name of the ointment to get him, he just said to come here..." Sabbi realized as Andre and Bryan froze. "Well damn, what now?" Andre asked as he set the fridge bag down. "How about you kids show me how much you brought to pay for the item and maybe I can tell from the price if it's what you're looking for." The clerk offered. The teens nodded as they took out the exact amount of items Lucius told them to spend. The clerk looked through them and went to the back of his counter. He pulled out a small packaged medical ointment and set it on the counter. "Is this what you're looking for?" "I think so?" Andre shrugged his shoulders as Sabbi paid the clerk and took the ointment. "This better be what he wanted..." Bryan sighed as the group left the pharmacy. "If all he wanted was the ointment then why couldn't we have bought it in the store by our house?" Andre asked as he continued to carry the fridge bag. "Maybe it's a special kind of ointment...look at this thing." Sabbi held up the ointment. Its packaging was completely blank, no designs on it or anything. It was just cardboard packaging with 'ointment' written on it by hand. "I guess the clerk makes his own medical shit." Chaz suggested as she moved to be next to Sabbi so she could see the packaging. The teens made their way out of the small town and started going back up the hill towards the cottage neighborhood before hearing a rumbling sound from the sky. The clouds had turned gray and rain slowly came down. The teens tried to rush up the hill, but because of the rain, the hill's dirt became too muddy to climb up. As Chaz tried to climb up the hill, she slipped on some of the mud, causing her to fall over and start sliding down the muddy hill. Kennethn was right behind her, soon getting pushed down as Chaz slid into him. They both slid down the hill before finally hitting the flat surface, now covered in mud. It didn't take long for Andre to follow after them, the weight of the fridge bag making it too difficult for him to climb back up the hill. He toppled over and met Chaz and Kennethn at the bottom of the hill, himself and the bag now covered in mud as well. Sabbi and Bryan looked down at their friends before deciding to go back down to help them up. Sabbi was halfway down the hill before she slipped on a rock that was hidden within the patches of grass. She fell to the side and rolled down the hill, but going in a different direction than where everyone else rolled down. Because of how the hill was made, the direction Sabbi was rolling down didn't have a flat surface until further on down the way. By the time she landed on a flat surface, Sabbi was much farther off from her friends. She wasn't too far to where she had no idea where she was, but she was still worried about being apart from her group for too long. She quickly got back on her feet and went to go back to her friends, but noticed she didn't have the ointment on her anymore. She looked around and noticed that it somehow landed by the forest behind the town. As she made her way to pick up the ointment, she heard rustling coming from the forest. Nobody was in sight to have made the noise, not even any small woodland creatures were to be seen. Sabbi tried to ignore it, quickly snatching the ointment from the ground and turning back towards the small town's entrance before hearing the rustling noise again. She turned around to face the forest, this time now seeing a figure emerging from the trees...
