Sorry, I haven't been updating this book. I've been more focused on my Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss fanfic. But now I'm back on the Ninjago train and with a new update for you. This one might be a little short. Mostly because this episode wasn't that interesting to write. But the next one will be better.

After the ninja had gotten the scroll from Yang's Haunted Temple, they boarded the Bounty to their next location. Unfortunately, it came with a price, Cole didn't make it out in time and now he was a ghost. He tried to get Tina to fix him but Yang's curse was stronger than her powers. Misako stayed at the tea shop to translate the final clue. Wu gave each of the ninjas' new gis that were embedded with Deepstone to protect them from being possessed. Only Zane, Jay, and Kai were training to master Airjitzu but Cole was in his quarters, sulking about his new body. Nya gave Cole a little pep talk before they joined the others on the debrief for the next clue, the Sword in the Cloud.

And thanks to Jay's tinkering, he made Zane's voice sound like a pirate. Garamdon explained that Moro and his allies stealing Nya's Samurai Mech made it clear what sword this is, The Sword of Sanctuary, protected in the Cloud Kingdom. "Cloud Kingdom?" Ronan scoffed, "I know every square inch of Ninjago, there ain't no place called The Cloud Kingdom."

"You're right, it isn't in Ninjago. It's in a parallel realm that can only be reached through the Blind Man's Eye." Wu answered.

"The powerful storm cyclone above the clouds? Its altitude is far too high for the bounty to reach. And I don't my dragon can reach it while carrying four ninja on my back." Tina stated.

"Unless we ascend the tallest mountain in Ninjago. The Wailing Alps." Garmadon answered.

"When the Blind's Man Eye passes its peak, you five ninja will jump into the eye of the storm using Airjitzu to cross over into the Cloud Kingdom, to take possession of the Sword of Sanctuary," Wu explained.

Jay decided to call Airjitzu, Cyclondo instead which annoyed the others. This sword is special because, within the reflection of the blade, you can foresee your opponent's next move. And whoever gets it, will have a huge advantage. "This is about more than finding the next clue to my father's tomb. It's about saving my son. You must not fail." Garmadon stated.

They arrived at the Wailing Alps; the bounty was almost frozen in the front while the others were shaking from the cold bitter weather. Well, minus Cole because he is a ghost and can't feel the cold, and Zane being a nindroid and master of ice can't feel the cold. Nya had five mechs built to help the ninja deal with the harsh conditions of the mountain and she installed headsets into their hood for communication. Once they reach the mountain's top, they only have one shot to shoot the Blind Man's Eye. Cole wasn't sure he should come, he didn't practice Airjitzu and just wanted to sit this one out. The others didn't want to hear it.

Cole may be a ghost but he was still a part of the team. And if it weren't for him getting the first clue then they wouldn't be there. " You in or you out, Cole?" Tina asked.

Cole grabbed the controls of his mech and then ordered Ronan to open the hanger doors. Ronan opened the hangar doors and then released the mechs. One by one, they all landed at the bottom of the Alps. They started to climb up the Alps as the Blind Man's Eye reached the Alps peak in four hours. "Just out of curiosity, why is it they call it the Wailing Alps?" Ronan asked.

"Because when the unnaturally strong wind gusts blow through the canyons, it creates a wailing sound. They say some gusts are strong enough to blow someone clear off the face of the mountain." Garmadon explained.

"Right. No trouble at all." Ronan said, sarcastically.

During the climb, the ninja kept thinking about what could be in the tomb and why Moro was after whatever was in the tomb. But Tina was more focused on getting the Sword of Sanctuary. If they had that sword then Moro wouldn't be able to stop them or use it to find the tomb. Zane soon spotted fresh tracks in the snow that stated that Moro and his ghosts were also on the mountain. A sudden wind gust started, and then all of them anchored down into the ice and snow to keep them from falling. The wind died down then the ninja continued to climb up the mountain. Unfortunately, Moro had a few tricks to slow down the ninja.

He had Bansheea create an avalanche to wipe the ninja off the face of the mountain. Jay and Kai lost their mechs in the avalanche, Tina lost her mech as well but she summoned her wings and flew above the avalanche. Cole tapped into his ghost form and possessed the snow, saving the others who were on Zane's mech. With Cole's newfound confidence, he possessed Zane's mech to give it more speed and even gave it the ability to climb. They managed to make it to the Hanging Temple but they had to hurry, the Blind Man's Eye was closing in. Moro had his ghost allies deal with the ninja while he went the rest of the way on foot.

The Deepstone Gis worked; the archer's ghost arrows didn't turn Kai into a ghost when he got hit. Zane used his mech to send Ghoultar and his ghost mech down the mountain then the ninja continued to the summit. They were closing in on Moro who was ahead of them climbing up the giant icicles. The Blind Man's Eye was nearly at its peak when another wind gust started. Tina knew exactly how to reach the summit, Airjitzu. She used the wind gust to her advantage then she used Airjitzu to make it to the top of the Alps. "Come on guys!" she shouted.

Kai was next to use Airjituz, followed by Jay and Zane. Cole was the last one and they all made it. Together, they used Airjitzu to fly up through the eye of the Blind Man's Eye while Moro missed his chance to follow them. The ninja soon found themselves staying on top of clouds as they saw a floating kingdom, the Cloud Kingdom.
