Chapter 1

6:30 AM in the Chauhan Household:

The alarm rings and I am forced to get up despite it being a Saturday morning :(, I haveee to go to office sadlyy. I layy in my bed wondering how the day is going to go. I have an important meeting at office and then I have to go out with my 3 girls todayy. They are forcing me to spend time with them since I haven't met them in a long time. Forcing myself to get up, I get dressed and I chose to go with simple formals with a necklace and a watch.

"Goood Morninggg Dadii, Papaa and Bhaii", I said as I went down for breakfast and met them in the dining room. Looking around for my mom, I find her in the kitchen cooking my favourite breakfast, paneer paratha. I squeal in happpinesss and hugg her.
(The rest of my family already had their breakfast)
"Good morning Maithu, Chal nashtha kha le", my mom says and gives me a plate of the paratha. I finish my breakfast and say bye to my family and walk out of my house.
I worked my head off at the office and now that the important work is done , I check my phone to see where these idiots have decided to meet for dinner and it turns out they all are still arguing about it.

Kayra: " I WANNA HAVE PIZZAAA PLSSS"
Swara:" Noooo today's North Indiaaan 🙄"
Ruhaniya: "NAHIII ITS MY BIRTHDAYYY MEEEET SO MY CHOIIICE"

I decided to step in and tell them that we could go to a food court eat there and then go out for a party instead of them arguing like stupidss. They all agreed and we decided to go dressed up like a partyyy . So i go to my room which is in the topmost floor of my office as I spend more time in the office instead of ghar. I freshen up and get pick out a beautiful long black dress which was designed by me. I put some minimal make up, picked up a black sling bag and walked out of the office.

At the mall :
"Maithuuuuuuuuuu", Kayra screameed as she saww me and I went and hugged her and then hugged the other two also.
"So Ms. CEO kya chal raha hainn yaar?, Kitne din se shakal bhi nahii dikhayii?, Aur Birthday haain meraa, gift kaun dega?" screamed Ruhaniya.
(so Ms.CEO what is going on? for how many days did u not meet us? and its my birthday who will give gift?)

This pagal friend of mine , im thanking god i got a gift for her. I removed it from my sling bag and gave it to her and she was so happppy. It was a Jhumka's and a book as those are her two favourite things in the world.

"So Maithilli , did you find any guy?" asked Swara, to which I replied , sadlyyy no not in my luck only to find any decent guy. They all said dont worry we all are single na, we have each otherr. We talked about everything in our life and then went to party to a club where we wanted to dance, I don't drink but my friends like to drink sometime so I agreed to go with them.
OH ALSO THEY WERE LOOKING GORGEOUS TODAYY

The place we decided to go to was packed and these three left me to go and get themselves drinks. This is when I spotted ARJUN RATHORE?!! in the crowdd, I was so shocked to see him here. I am glad he did not see me, He was tooo busy with 3 other boys with him and they were all celebrating something. He looked hot though ( ewwww he's an grumpyy cold guy, shut up dont think about hot and all). He was still in formals and looked like he came straight from office but he still looked dashingg. My friends came back and caught me staring at this guy and started teasing me and pulling me towards him as they were drunk. I Managed to calm them down and pull myself away but not without him noticing three girls dragging me towards their group. Our eyes met for a second and I was so lost in those brown eyes. My friends hit my head and then I came back to reality and pulled all of us out of there before we cause a disaster.

We said goodbye for the day and I put all 3 of them in a cab cause there was no wayy i was letting them drive home in this state.
After reaching home myself, Only bhaii was awakee and I went and hugged him goodnight and went to my room.

I was trying to go to sleep but only thing I was remembering was the stare of that RATHORE guy and how deep his eyes looked. Ughh i shouldn't be thinking like this, its been so long since I had these type of thoughts, I had built myself to stay away from guys as it causes hurt and only hurt.
Shutting these thoughts I went to sleep without realizing what surprise I will have to hear tomorrow.
