●Ice-Cube Fights!●

Beomgyu flinched when a hand slapped his face when he was asleep. He scrunched his face due to the sudden pain on his forehead. He opened his eyes and saw Taehyun's hand on his face. 

Beomgyu glared at the sleeping figure, huffing before aggressively removing the hand from his face. "Can't even let me sleep in peace, for fuck's sake." He muttered to himself, knowing damn well that Taehyun will choke him to death if his sleep was ruined. 

Beomgyu rubbed his forehead, picking up his phone from the night stand to see his notifications. And he frowned when he saw his dad's secretary's message. And his phone almost slipped out of his hands when he read the message. 

It was his first business party... as the official CEO. 

Beomgyu was going to have a stroke. 

You see, always as a teen when his parents suddenly got rich till now, Beomgyu hated going to business parties. Why? It's because humans are shitty. No kidding, majority of the people act superior and flaunt about their success and money, even when Beomgyu didn't even know their names. And if they weren't acting superior, they'd tried to introduce their children to him, hoping to get them together in a relationship. 

But Beomgyu always ghosted them after their first dates. Because, there was a certain someone invading his mind for the past five years. 

Well, suddenly remembering about the person, he looked towards his side, finding Taehyun still sleeping very peacefully.

Beomgyu smirked before getting up from the bed to get downstairs to go to the kitchen. He opened the refrigerator and grabbed a bowl full of ice. "I think I got a bruise.." Beomgyu complained to himself, pouting. 

You think he wasn't going to take revenge? Jokes on you. 

Beomgyu sneakily walked towards Taehyun's side of the bed, grabbing a few ice-cubes from the bowl before putting them in Taehyun's shirt. 

And two ice-cubes on Taehyun's face for extra decoration. 

Meanwhile, Taehyun felt something cold on his abdomen and his face. He opened his eyes and found Beomgyu in the act of placing ice-cubes on his face. 

"Oh hi?" Beomgyu replied with a guilty smile, placing the last ice-cube on Taehyun's nose, who's vision went cross-eyed when he looked at his nose. 

(Beomgyu definitely did not find that adorable.)

Taehyun glared at Beomgyu, who slowly took a step back. He took a ice-cube off from his face before throwing it at Beomgyu. Doing the same with the other ice-cubes as he got out of bed. 

Beomgyu screeched as one of the ice-cubes hit the back of his head, rushing out of the room, almost slipping down the stairs as he tried to reach to the living room. 

"You-" Taehyun ran behind him. "Come back here!" 

"I'd do that if I wanted to die!" Beomgyu exclaimed, now behind a kitchen counter. 

"Why did you interrupt my sleep?" Taehyun, now picked up a wooden spatula which was randomly laying on the kitchen counter, now threatening the older with it. 

"You slapped me in the forehead in your sleep!" Beomgyu exclaimed, pointing towards the red spot on his face. "Right here, it's red now!" 

Taehyun dropped the spatula, walking towards Beomgyu with a guilty look in his eyes. "Move." Taehyun said and Beomgyu obliged. 

The younger grabbed an ice-pack from the fridge, hesitantly placing it onto Beomgyu's forehead, aggressively. 

Beomgyu winced at the cold feeling, grabbing the ice-pack from Taehyun's hands. "Thanks." He could feel his heart beating at a rapid pace now. 

"Sorry." Taehyun apologized, awkwardly. 

"By the way," Beomgyu decided to cut the tension. "We have to go to a business party. Tonight." 

Taehyun looked at him with a frown. "Do you mean that you're going? Why the fuck would I come along?" 

Beomgyu stared at him. "How are you so dumb?" 

Taehyun gasped at him. "Be careful of whom you're talking to. You're talking to the top student of Class 1B." 

"Of course, you have to come along!" Beomgyu replied, exasperated. "You're my husband now! You have to attend these meetings and parties." 

Taehyun's lips turned into a pout. "Do I have to?" 

"Yes." Beomgyu replied, pressing the ice-pack on his forehead. 

"Can you take someone else with you? A new episode of my favourite drama is coming out tonight.." Taehyun said, voice small, looking up to Beomgyu with pleading eyes. 

"You're coming with me." Beomgyu replied, voice monotone. 

Taehyun sighed.
