Ch 2

(Jude's Pov)

Slowly waking up I rub my eyes and sit up in bed seeing the sun shining brightly through my window. Frowning I climb out of bed grimacing when I check the time and see how late it is and grab some clothes as well as shampoo and soaps along with my scent blockers hiding the sealed tube in my clothes. Making my way out of my room I look around for Jinhwan not seeing him so I start to head to the bathroom only to jump when the door suddenly opens when I reach it my eyes widening when I see Jinhwan shirtless I having to push my instincts down forcefully and try not to let my scent spike because the alpha is extremely attractive and my wolf is crying out with want from his stronger than usual scent. He looks at me and gives a little smile. "Sorry you can have the bathroom now." I just give a little nod not trusting my voice and bite down on my lip harshly when he passes me. Quickly making my way into the bathroom I shut and lock the door a little dizzy from the strong lingering scent of the alpha. Taking a breath I focus on starting the shower and hop in washing my hair and body with scentless shampoos and soaps. Once I'm finished I dry off and get dressed before slathering on a bunch of scent blocker cream then wash my hands. I then gather my dirty clothes and go to put them away in my room before I grab my suppressant pills keeping them hidden in my hand and head for the kitchen I grabbing a glass of water as Jinhwan cooks and turn my back to the alpha quickly taking the pills before taking a seat at the table checking my phone to see a message from Bobby asking how I am. I reassure him I'm fine when a plate of food is set in front of me I blinking but give a polite thank you to the alpha. I eat about half of the food before setting my plate aside I getting up. "Thanks for the food hyung but I have to go job hunting today." I quickly go and slip on my shoes before grabbing my phone and wallet when my attention is grabbed I looking curious. "Here so you don't have to worry about waiting for me to get home." He hands me a key I smiling appreciatively and thank him before rushing out the door a little relieved by the fresh air. I then start heading around looking for different jobs I finally getting hired as an overnight waiter at a new alpha bar and restaurant where the only workers are omegas and a few pretty betas. I feel a little uneasy about the job but desperately need something so I accept and get my new uniform that's tiny and revealing and my schedule. I then head back to Jinhwan's place and let myself in I immediately going to head to my room where I put the uniform away and then I plop down on the bed staring up at the ceiling until I start to slowly doze off.

*next day*

Slowly waking up I rub my eyes and reluctantly get out of bed seeing I've slept for quite awhile and that it's a little after one in the afternoon. Shaking my head I quickly grab my scent blockers and suppressants heading to the bathroom I putting the cream heavily on my scent gland and then wash my hands before I head to the kitchen I looking around curiously since I don't see or smell Jinhwan around. I take my suppressants before spotting a note on the counter I grabbing it curiously and read it.

Hey I had to go to practice and saw how exhausted you were so I didn't want to wake you. I saved you some food you just have to heat it up.

I blink then smile a little I grabbing the food from the fridge and heat it up. I then sit at the table and eat a little of the food before going to wash my dishes. Once I'm finished I see it's around three in the afternoon and figure I should probably get ready for work since I start at five and it's quite a long walk. I head to my room putting on some basketball shorts and a t shirt then grab the small revealing uniform packing it in a bag before I leave Jinhwan a note and head out the door locking up. I then start walking to the restaurant I making it there a little before five so I head in and go to the locker room I quickly changing into the tiny shorts and black short sleeve crop top that looks like a tank top. Just as I'm about to head out though a young gorgeous omega with dark hair and eyes walks in he a lot taller than me he seeming to stop when he sees me. "Oh you must be the new guy. Hi I'm Kyong." I give a shy but polite bow. "I'm Jude nice to meet you." He smiles then looks me over with a hum. "I think you're pretty without makeup but the boss has a rule that all his employees have to wear it." I immediately frown a little. "I don't have any makeup though. And I don't know how to use it." He gives me a reassuring smile. "Don't worry hyung I'll do your makeup." I nod looking thankful and watch as he goes to a locker and pulls out a makeup bag before walking up to me he immediately concentrating on his work. After a while he's finally done and gives me a bright smile. "There you go." I immediately pull my phone out and pull up the camera looking at myself I blinking and immediately notice I look like a completely different person with the caked on foundation and the bedroom eyes. "I don't even look like me anymore." Kyong gives me a sympathetic look. "It's frustrating having to wear it constantly but unfortunately it's a rule." I sigh but nod and we leave the locker room together he leading me over to the counter. "Alright you just need to take orders and wait tables." I nod in understanding. "Got it. Luckily I used to work at a diner back home." Kyong smiles then points out my section before patting my back and wishes me luck. I take a breath before grabbing a notepad and pen then start my shift taking orders and try to ignore the flirty handsy alphas surrounding me. By the time my shift is over it's one in the morning and I drag myself to the locker room where I change back into my street clothes and borrow some makeup wipes from Kyong where I quickly wipe off all the makeup. I then wish the young omega a goodbye and start my walk back to Jinhwan's apartment. By the time I reach it I'm completely exhausted and use my key to get in the door I stumbling a little as I make my way inside. Once I close the door I slip my shoes off and make my way further inside only to be surprised when I see Jinhwan on the couch reading a book he immediately looking up. "You sure are back really late." I shift a little before saying tiredly. "Sorry my shift has to be at least eight hours or more. Now if you excuse me I'm heading to bed. Goodnight hyung." He wishes me a soft goodnight I not noticing the worried look on his face as I stumble off to my room where I immediately collapse on my bed and fall asleep instantly.
