Currently, Rita is giving a report personally to Otto in his office at Schicksal HQ, the man sitting behind his desk with his usual calm composure.
Rita: Although we still don't have an exact location, this would massively help to narrow our search
Otto: Agreed. Then you will return to Arc City. I'll entrust your team to track down and capture K-423
Rita: Understood. Although, there is something else you should know
Otto: What is it?
Rita: The existence of the data within the Ningyo meant that the World Serpent has been observing K-423 as well. I don't think it is a coincidence they managed to spot her
Otto: Is that so? Interesting. I wonder what they are up to...
There was a brief moment of silence before Otto continued.
Otto: Whatever their schemes are, that doesn't change the fact that we need K-423 captured. Proceed with your mission, Rita
Rita: Sire, considering the circumstances, a large-scale operation like this might alert them to our motives
Otto: No need for such concerns. You will be going to Arc City acting as an official inspector of one of our business partners
He explained as he leaned forwards on his desk.
Otto: As you know, we have partnered with various major multinationals in different industrial sectors. One of them is Heliopolis Life Sciences
Rita: Heliopolis?
Otto: They are a pharmaceutical company that offers free medical services to cities affected by the Honkai. For the past five months, we've been supplying them with medical supplies via their Shenzou base in Arc City
Rita listened closely to the details the Overseer was providing.
Otto: In this mission, you'll be serving as my proxy and overseeing a supply shipment to that place. Having access to Heliopolis medical records and channels will also make your search easier
Rita: Understood
