IN WHICH, aurora and isabel's father left them ten years ago causing their mother to spiral into alcohol and drugs. that being said, the walters took the girls in to care and protect them from their mothers tragic state. the walters and pierce family have always known each other so it wasn't a shock when they were the family to take them in.
IN WHICH, cole and aurora have always been best friends, taking care of each other through the rough patches in their life and always standing up for each other. for example, rory was getting picked on by one of cole's friends in elementary school so he punched him, his friends never made fun of her after that. rory has always been known for being very smart, so she always helped cole pass his tests and get decent grades. though they have had their ups-and-down throughout their friendship, they know they'll always be there for each other, forever and always.
