Chapter 14: A Memorable Night

Third person's POV

Later that night....

The nighttime stars were just shining in the nighttime sky as Siobhan and Aonung were just walking through the forest near the water clan while Siobhan was just wearing a lilac purple playsuit and her long dark brown hair was just pulled back into a braided low crown hairstyle and she was just walking barefoot since she was just used to walking around barefoot in the oceanic clan by now and she didn't really wear her shoes anymore while Aonung was just wearing his best looking outfit that had considered of his best looking upper body garment that the fully trained warriors of the Metkayina clan wore and his loincloth that he would only wear for his important ceremonies and for his special rites in the clan. As the pair were just lightly jogging in the forest, Aonung was just ahead of Siobhan since he was faster then her before they had stopped jogging as they just began to walk through the forest since they were just getting closer to where Aonung was just taking Siobhan tonight in the forest as a surprise for her and Siobhan had looked down at Aonung's swaying tail which was just swaying from side to side and from behind the oceanic Na'vi prince and a cheeky smirk had appeared on the human girl's face before she just pulled onto Aonung's tail and as she just lets go of it, Aonung just turns around to her and he just giggled over at her before he had turned back around and he knew that they were just getting closer to where Aonung was just taking her before he had stopped walking as they had arrived at a certain cave entrance before Siobhan had stopped walking as she just glanced around at the area of the cave entrance with a small smile on her face as the whole area was just being lit up by the nighttime faurna and flora in the forest and some of the night-time creatures were just walking around in the forest and they were just glowing before Aonung just smiled over at the sight of her smile on her face and he just grabbed onto one of her hands before he said to her "Come, come with me" Aonung and Siobhan then just walked into the cave as the whole cave was just lighting up with the multiple different coloured gemstones that were just shining everywhere on the walls of the cave while the pair had entered the cave before they had walked further into the cave and Aonung just lets go of her hand before he had walked ahead of her and he said to Siobhan "Look, I know that you know that I'm promised to be mated off to Liara and that I'm supposed to become the future Olo'eyktan with Liara as my future Tsahik but I-" Aonung then just sighed heavily about it while he was just trying to avoid the overload of his emotions for the human girl before he had turned around to look over at Siobhan and he said to her "I love you"

Siobhan's heart was just beating fast at his words, those last three words that she had thought that she wasn't going to hear in her life from Aonung who does love her in the same way that she does love him back before he said to her "I see you" "Aonung, I-" Siobhan said to him before he said to her "No, you don't have to tell me anything, Siobhan, I love you more then I love myself and sometimes it hurts but I can't live with it, I just can't live without you" Siobhan then just gulped at his words as she just couldn't believe that Aonung was in love with her but the statement had caught her off guard since she was just going to tell him that she had loved him but that they couldn't be together because she was a human but instead, there he was and he was just standing right in front of her and he was just declaring his devotion and his love for her in the most beautiful way to the human girl. "I will love you until my last breathe and when I'll get laid to rest, I'll know that my last thought will have been of you" Aonung said to her before Siobhan said to him "I see you, Aonung, I see you in everything that I do and everything that I am and everything that I want in my life but you have to know better then I do that we can't be together, I'm unlike my adopted father, I don't have an avatar" Siobhan then just closed her eyes while she was just trying not to cry about it as Aonung had looked like that he wasn't about to burst into tears since he had understood that she doesn't have an avatar body just like her adopted father and that he could never bond with her in the traditional ways of the Na'vi mating with a part being the tsaheylu bond before she just opened her eyes and she said to him "I'm never going to have an Avatar, you can never mate with me and you, Aonung, you are the one who deserves to be mated with a girl who can be your mate before Eywa, I love you but we can never be together" Aonung then just lowered his head while he was just trying not to cry about her words before she said to him "I'm only a human and I've never hated myself more for it then right now" "No, don't hate yourself, Siobhan" Aonung said to her as he had stepped closer to her before she just looked away from him as she just couldn't stand to look at Aonung's eyes before he had pulled her face back to look at him with only just a gentle touch of her face before he just stroked one of her cheeks on her face as he said to her "I see you for all that you are and I think that I love you just a little bit more every day that I do discover a new human thing about you, I love your big heart that's always beating strong, your kindness, your bravery and your smile and your pure heart of honestly, kindness and pure love for being here amongst my people, your lightly tanned skin enchants me and I wouldn't want for you to trade it for my shade of green skin"
