Sun's Pov
Here I am... Sitting in the daycare... All alone... On Christmas...
Moon promised me that he'd be here... Even with everything that has happened...
He said that Lunar would be here of course. But he also said that Monty was going to be here. Monty was going to be here to celebrate Christmas with his best friends...
I spent the last few hours decorating the daycare, given that literally everyday before this one I've been dealing with something
I look at the clock in my arm, checking the time
It's currently... 9:48 pm
It's almost ten already!? I've been sitting here since six!
"UGHHHHHHHH MOON HURRY UPPPPPPPP!!!!" I shout loudly, but not so loud that anybody outside the daycare who isn't directly outside the daycare could hear
"He's not coming... Is he..?..." I mutter to myself before standing up, going outside the daycare, up the stairs, and pressing the button to send me back to the platform
I walk into my room and shut the door, locking it shut
"Merry Christmas family..." I whisper, walking over to my bed and pulling all of the presents out from under it, all except one
I walk back over to my door, unlocking it, and walking outside, and onto the platform
I tighten my grip around the 3 presents in my arms as I jump down into the ball pit
I climb out, careful not to drop anything, and walk over to the corner by the security desk, where I have the tree set up
The tree that holds many decorations... But no presents underneath
I crouch down and put all of the presents under the tree
I had wrapped them so carefully to make sure they looked perfect, each a certain color
The had matching bows on top, bows that were filled of glitter
There was a dark blue one, with a sparkling light blue bow on top, the design was a bunch of royal purple colored magic balls (those orb thingys)
There was a light blue one with a dark blue bow, shimmering in the daycares light, the design was a bunch of bright yellow stars with some speckles of green dots all over
Finally there was a dark green one topped with a shiny light green bow, it's design was a bunch of detailed light blue golf balls, some with dark blue glitter on top and others with bright yellow glitter, some were just plain light blue
I guess you can connect the dots on whose is whose
I hand made the designs on the wrapping paper, carefully placing each and every small but important detail on the already wrapped presents, praying that they would be good enough
That they would show how much I truly care about all of my friends and family...
But I guess I'll never find out... Because no one showed...
I lay down in front of the tree and stare at the presents, tracing the designs on each one with my eyes
After what feels like a few minutes but was probably more, my eyelids (pretend) grow heavy until I can no longer hold them open, and I fall into a deep sleep
Moon's Pov
I'm running back to the daycare as fast as I can but it's already been a couple hours and I'm getting tired
It's not safe to be out past midnight, even for animatronics, especially in the middle of the woods
Why do I feel like I'm forgetting something? I start panting, I can't hold it in anymore, I'm so tired
But I can't stop. I have to get back to Sun before Eclipse gets to him-
Wait... Sun... What day is it?
Still running, but slowing down a little as to not bump into any trees or anything, I look down at my arm, checking the date
Which just so happens to be December 26, 2023. The day after Christmas day

Wait...
Didn't we have something planned for Christmas day?
Yeah! Sun, Monty, Lunar, and I were going to have a Christmas party!
