After roaming around a bit more in the Uchiha Compound, Naruto would come across Itachi coming from his Parents House, causing the older boy to turn around and face the younger blonde with a slightly surprised gaze.
Itachi: Naruto?!
Naruto: Hey there, Crow. Enjoying this cold, bloody night?
Itachi's eyes would narrow before returning back to their apathetic look as his Sharingan spun hypnotically, attempting to place Naruto under a Genjutsu. However, this would backfire as Itachi would fall to one knee and clutch his bleeding eye.
Naruto: Oh? Don't tell me you tried to use the Tsukiyomi on me, Itachi? You know that was just dumb, after all, you were my first teacher.
Itachi would stand back up and look at Naruto with a small glare before dispersing into a murder of crows.
Naruto: Itachi...
Naruto would catch Itachi's sword that was aiming to cut him down with a finger before swiftly cutting Itachi across the chest.

Naruto would jump back before using a Wind Style Jutsu to launch Itachi out of the Compound.

Naruto: Bye-Bye, Itachi~Sensei.
And with that done, Naruto would spread his senses out and find two faint chakra signatures coming from the Main Uchiha Household, causing him to walk into the house and see an unconscious Satsuki being held by a mortally wounded Mikoto. Naruto would walk over and feel a faint, weak pulse coming from Mikoto, causing him to sigh in relief before using a healing Jutsu on her, stabilizing her condition, before sensing a group of ANBU & The Third Hokage enter the Compound.
Hiruzen: Naruto, is that Mikoto & her daughter?
Naruto: Yep. Get Mikoto to the hospital, I was able to stabilize her, but she still needs treatment.
Hiruzen: Very well.
Hiruzen would wave a hand and a few ANBU soldiers would pick Mikoto and Satsuki up before Body Flickering away to the Hospital.
