Izuku was writing in his personal entry in his notebook, noting that blackwhip was strong really strong, if trained, he could basically swing like spider man
Then, he hears a knock on his door, "come in!" He spoke as he stared at the door as it was opening, his father steps in his room
"Izuku, I need to talk to you and Izumi about something" toshinori said
Izuku looked confused but he nodded, he starts to get up from his chair, as his father guides him to the living room where he sees Izumi sitting in the couch, izuku sits down next to Izumi
"Alright kids, the reason why I brought you here is that I want to apologize for keeping my hero identity from you both" toshinori said
Izumi was the first one to speak "it's okay dad, we know that you were trying to protect us, but it would've been nice to know" Izumi said
Toshinori chuckled at his daughters words, he scratches his head with his hand "yes, but I would also like to tell you something, this is very important" he says as he looked at his kids with a serious expression on his face
"You know I don't tell anyone about the true nature of my quirk, what do you think it is ?" He asks
It was izuku's time to answer first "no one knows about your quirk dad, you gave us glimpse's of it somewhat, I remember you telling mom about your quirk" izuku said
Toshinori nodded "a few of my friends knows about my true quirk status, sir mighteye, nedzu, and recovery girl, and your mother knows about my quirk to" toshinori said
Izumi crocks her head to the left "is that why she's always late coming home?" She said
Toshinori shook his head "no she's just busy being a lawyer, my personal one anyway" toshinori said
"Whoa! You get sued ?!" Izuku stood up shocked
Toshinori sighs "yes, sometimes, people just want my money, so they sue me for 'unconventional work'" he said
"Why would they sue you? You do the most work out of everyone, aside from endeavor, who gets sued constantly" Izumi's brain starts to work in overdrive, trying to come up with ways to help her dad
Toshinori chuckles "it's mostly rich people honey, but anyway, I wanted to tell you guys about my quirk, one for all, it has been a quirk since the dawn of quirks" toshinori tells them about the story of OFA

"Why tell us this?" Izumi asked, looking at her dad in the eye
"Becuase, I think you two are worthy of my quirk, if you don't want to accept the quirk, then that's fine" toshinori said
Izumi shook her head "I don't want the quirk dad, I'm already aiming to be the top analysis hero in Japan! Uncle nighteye already gave me a few pointers this week" Izumi said and toshinori nodded
The blond man looked at his son, waiting for his answer
Izuku placed his hand on his chest, he breathes deeply in and out, 'one for all, it's familiar somehow' izuku thought as he stared at his hands and summoned blackwhip
His quirk danced along his hands, his heart told him to accept the ancient quirk, he looked at his dad "I'll take the quirk" izuku said
Toshinori smiled "a fine choice, since I've been training you since you were little, I can give you my quirk tomorrow, but for now I'm going to a press conference later on today" toshinori said
"Is that why mom hasn't come been yet ?" Izumi looked at the clock as it was half past noon already
Toshinori nodded "I plan to reveal my form to the world, kids" he said looking at them both
"I'm not perfect, I made a lot of mistakes in my time, I will never be perfect, and that's okay, just as long as you keep being you, that's all I ask of you two" toshinori smiles at his children
