Since izuku was technically ready for one for all on the spot, he doesn't really need training for the quirk since he can just use it
But toshinori shot him down on it saying "there's a reason why I trained my use on one for all, if you aren't careful, you could accidentally hurt someone, or hurt your sister" so, here he was with uncle Torino trying to get a grip for one for all
Sure he could use it in a limb and be done with it, but Torino slapped him and told him to use it all over his body, that's how toshinori does it
"Don't use one for all carelessly boy! You could kill someone with that kind of power" Torino scolded him
Izuku scratched his head as he looked down "sorry gramps, I'm foolish aren't I?" He said looking down
Uncle Torino sighs "yes you were foolish, but you did get the quirk a while ago, considering you didn't originally have a quirk" Torino said shaking his head, he taps his cane on the ground causing izuku to look up at him
"Boy, let me tell you something" Torino said and izuku nodded
"There are times when you have to make a decision, they can be bad or good, but it's your decision and choice, and it's also okay to make mistakes too, we are human, not immortal beings that just got powers" Torino said, he sighs as he rubs his hands on his face, smiling at his grandson
"You have to look deep inside yourself if you want to use this power for good, or for your loved ones, now" Torino said marching up to izuku and pointed his cane on his chest
"Don't get this messed up in your head, this is your power now, whatever you choose to do with it, you'll do great, be yourself...izuku" Torino said, watching izuku smile brightly
"Thank you gramps" izuku said
Torino laughed and walked towards the kitchen "going to make some dinner, why don't you make yourself at home" Torino left his living room and into the kitchen and izuku was there, thinking on what Torino said
Izuku sighed to himself as he tired to activate one for all, he saw red lines going over his limbs as green lightning shined through his body, 'make sure to spread it through your body, just like he said, and tone it down' izuku thought as he invision one for all like a pool of water, and draining it with a drain
He looks at his hands and saw the lightning slowly start to calm down and smiled to himself 'yes!' He basically cheered himself on as he continued to lower down his power greatly
Finally, he got it down to 40 percentage of one for all
It was too much for him to continue more since it was taxing on his body to lower it down
He has to thank gramps for this
