Miss Not So Ordinary

Chapter Three

I turned it and the door was unlocked. I opened my eyes in shock as I saw the interior of the room....

And there I saw something I used to love so much in front of me... A stage...

I look around and saw different themes in each corner which base it on my hobbies I like to do.

The first corner is like a small boutique where I like to design and sew clothes and be the model at the and run my own fashion show with my designed clothes.

The second corner were instruments base. I saw a piano and a violin which I used to like to perform infront of the crowd and listen to their applause.

The third one was a small art corner. It has canvas, brushes, sketch books, pens and everything art related. I used to join art contests to show my skills that I worked hard for.

The last corner is a gaming corner. There's a computer with big monitors and some joystick, playstation and etc. I used to compete a lot of video gaming competition. I practiced really hard so I could become a master of it and so that people will be amaze of my skills.

Here, in this room, I saw the things I used to enjoy that I never thought I could see it again.

And in the very middle, the center of this room. I saw a weird looking fence, circling around a certain area and a button inside of it. I went inside of that fence and look at the strange looking button

"I wonder what this button do.." I muttered and pressed the button

The ground beneath me started to shake and the floor lifted me up.

"Woah" I yelped as I held on the fence.

I close my eyes in fear, when I felt the shaking stop. I slowly open my eyes and saw the stars around me... I was inside of a glass dome where I could see the stars surrounding me.

"Star" I heard someone said from behind

I turned around and saw my parents.

"Mama? Papa?" I muttered in shock

"Star, our shining bright star. Hello"

"Mama! Papa!" I said as I ran towards them trying to give them a hug but I just run pass through their body.

There I realized they were just holograms. I felt hopeless and stupid for thinking that they've come back.

I went in front of their faces and their were looking at me.

"Star, you've grown" Mother said

"Our beautiful starlight, how are you?" Father said

"I'm fine" I answered softly

"We don't know if you're doing well but we hope you are" Mother said worriedly

'Of course it's pre-recorded, what did I even expect?'

"Are you still shining Star? I know you are! You're Y/n L/n after all! Our beautiful starlight who loves to shine brighter than the sun" Father said proudly

I rubbed my arm in shame
'I'm sorry pa.. You're Star wants to get dimmer until no one noticed her' I thought, feeling very disappointed at myself

"Y/n baby, did you like your surprise?" Mother asked

'I would have, if it was the old me who saw it...'

"Hope you're still doing your fashion designing, your instruments playing, your art making or your gaming. Did you know, your papa was so surprised when you suddenly asked to learn this this all at once! Until this day your Papa is still impressed" Father said
