Sanemi, Muichiro and Giyuu sitting in silence

"How long's it gonna take for them to say something?" Tengen asked

"Probably never, Sanemi asked Tomioka for a staring contest"

'Well this gonna take years, see you when my demon slayer mark activates' Uzui thought "And what is Muichiro doing?"

"I think he's participating too, but I don't think he knows it" Iguro eplained

"I'm not losing to you, rat face" Sanemi scowled

Shinobu walked in on the sight "Iguro-kun, what are those three doing?"

"Staring contest"

She looked at the three is disgust "They are Demon Slayers, and they're wasting their time on a game children play with their siblings when they're bored?" Shinobu said

"I'm as confused as you"

"Come on, Shinobu-chan! They can have fun" Mitsuri said

Tengen chuckled "I don't think they're having any 'fun' in air as tense as these"

"For once I have to agree with you" Shinobu turned to the three "Tokito-kun, you have an appointment with me and Aoi-chan" she called out

Muichiro nodded and ran over to her, he clutched onto her Haori and they were leaving the summit.

Giyuu felt disturbed at how close Muichiro, and the other Hashira in general held Shinobu, it was sort of annoying for him.

"Mui-kun, this is going to knock you out for an hour, so don't move." Aoi assured him "It won't hurt, you'll only feel light headed"

He clutched onto Shinobu's haori, it made him feel more comfortable.

She injected the hormone into Muichiro's blood and he shivered, not cold. He passed out onto Shinobu's lap

"Nee-san, would you request I keep him in the patients room with Tanjiro-kun and the others?"

"No, Inosuke-kun's screaming would wake him up, leave him here, I'll attend to him"

She nodded and scurried out of the room, the patients needed their medicines.

Shinobu placed a light palm on Muichiro's cheek, his face was warm. Looking down at him was cute, she felt like a mother all of a sudden.

"Kocho?"

"Shh, come in Tomioka-san" she whispered

Giyuu stepped in, careful to not let Muichiro wake up. He made sure every individual step he took made no sound on the wooden ground.

Giyuu seated next to Shinobu and raised an eyebrow

"He had to be knocked out, his memory loss is like nothing I've ever seen before" she whispered

'Kocho, you don't need to be whispering. If I were Muichiro, your voice would be the last thing to wake me up, I'd sleep forever' he thought

An while later, Muichiro's eyelid fluttered open

"Still tired? Tokito-kun?"

Muichiro blinked at her and shook his head.

She looked up at Giyuu "Who won your little visual battle?" she teased, referring to his and Sanemi's staring contest

"He did, I wanted to see you, so I just blinked"

"And why did you want to see me?" she asked, with a smile

He shrugged "Just wanted to"

She blushed an then smiled, she looked down at Muichiro who was simply staring up at her face "He resided in one position for long enough for the hormone to settle in, you can leave now, Muichiro-kun"

He repeatedly blinked at Shinobu "Kocho-nee, I know you said I can leave . . . but can I stay?"

"Of course" her smile felt true this time
