Saryn knew she would be flying by the seat of her pants here, potentially endangering her entire team and the entirety of Team 7 with such a blatant disregard for the current situation of their mission.

Naruto and Saryn remained outside that night, sleeping and waking up to a rather angelic looking woman, smiling as she'd picked up her basket full of herbs, kneeling over them as she told them it was dangerous to be out here, then asked if they'd had any dreams...Saryn promptly pointed a not so blunt-bone towards the girl, requesting she take them to Zabuza to workout a means to an end that would be favorable for the both of them.It was here they'd also learned that her name was Haku, sole survivor and successor of the Yuki clan, famed for their Ice Release bloodline.Truly interesting.

And to further their shock, learned that she,was infact a he.

It'd taken the trio no time to cross the west end of the forest, briefly Haku was impressed with the shinobi 3 years her juniors being able to keep up with her tree jumping pace. She'd never have known that they shared the longevity of a clan long forgotten, with a vitality so intense it was matched only by their chakra.

Landing at the end of the tree-line they'd cut through a bit of brush and shrubbery, walking through the dewy morning grass as the silouhette of a small hideout became more and more prominent the more they neared.

Before them,Haku held a hand to stop them. "Let me speak to him first, make sure it is okay." The two nodded, eyes peeled for any funny business.

Haku returned soon after, guiding the blonde and whitehead in as he closed the thatch door behind them.

Here it was,a pair of 13 year olds just inches away from the A-ranked missing nin of the Mist,Zabuza Momoichi. He looked worse for wear, bandaged up and laid back with his eyes closed on a rather soft looking bed.The kunai that imprinted on his bedsheets served as enough of a warning to the kids before him, should they attempt anything foolish.

"Great, two brats blown in by the wind of my stupid tool." He opened his eyes, turning towards them. "Why in the world did you inv—" his words caught in his throat, taking notice of the leaf insignia atop the headband of the blonde one.It was almost enough to get the man the launch at him,if not for his subordinates pleading eyes.Saryn waited for the man to relax,a calm killer is much easier to bargain with than a tense one.

She grabbed a nearby wooden chair, turning it around slowly to sit. "I want to make this as simple as possible.I want to know who's paying you to kill this bridge builder, and where his headquarters is.In exchange,I will return your sword to you." It was a simple trade, one too simple to avoid suspicion from the man more than double her age.

"And here you are,no sword and only promises. How am I to believe you?"

"I'm going to be a hundred percent honest...I couldn't carry that hunk of metal, even if I did have it on hand."

"...why didn't you just seal it into a storage scroll then?"

"..."

"You've got guts, for a stupid brat." Zabuza shook his head, wondering how they'd allowed such kids the opportunity to bargain with them.Sure there was a possibility Haku could kill them and just track down the blade, but risking the boy's life on a possibility just didn't seem reasonable. Not that Zabuza was worried about his tools life expectancy. Not at all.

A bandaged hand swept out from the sheets, raised towards the Kaguya he now recognized."You've got a deal,Kaguya brat." Said girl grinned at the recognition, meeting his palm in the middle.Shaking hands with a man with such a violent moniker may have not been advisable, but Saryn was a girl of adventure and as such, danger was exciting...exhilarating even.It was something she and the blonde seemed to gel over.
