The day I waited for years finally came. Finally, I will officially be hers. I looked at myself in the mirror.

I said to my self and took the gift from the table which I bought for her. It's a surprise. I just hope she like it.
" O Raja! Taiyaar hue ya nahi aap? " I turned back to see Maa and Ritwik.
" Bohot pyaara lag raha hai Mera baccha. " She cupped my face and said.
" Maa yaar ab to sagai hone wali Hai meri ab to mujhe baccha mat kahiye . " I sulked making Ritwik laugh.
Maa twisted my ear making me yelp. " Tu chahe kitna bhi bada ho jaye, Teri shadi bhi ho jaye, tere bacche bhi aa Jaye to bhi tu Mera baccha hi rahega, samjha? "
" Haa Maa, me samajh gaya. Ab to choriye Mera kaan. " I pleaded as she left my ear. It caught red hue.
" Chall ab, Teri Ridhika Teri rah dekh Rahi hogi. "She said and left while me and Ritwik followed her.
I blushed and felt tingling in my stomach when she said 'Teri Ridhika'. Haa of course, she is mine but still it makes me feel excited and happy whenever someone calls her mine. We got old but my love for her is still young and will forever be young.

Ridhika was talking to her grandmother's picture.
" Baa, dekhiye. Acchi lag Rahi hoon na me? Pata tha. Kitni badi ho gayi aapki Ridhika. Aaj sagai hai aapki nanhi gudiya ki. Aapne bola tha na ki aap meri shadi karwane ke baad hi jayengi par..."
Tears left from her eyes as she stared at her grandmother's picture.
" Khair choriye Dadi, Aapko pata hai mera soon to be husband koi aur nahi Darshan hi hai. Aapko pata tha na ki mujhe us ladke pe crush hai, badi mazak karti thi k wohi ladka aake mujhe le jayega. Woh sach ho Gaya. Aaj bohot yaad aa Rahi hai aapki. "
