*Mitch's POV*

Stop.

"Miiiitch."

Stop.

"MIIIITCH!"

I can't help but laugh at her face.

Okay what?

Kirstie waves her phone in front of my face. "What do you think of these?"

I look at the in ears on the screen.

Fierce.

"Okay so do you want to get matching ones?"

Yeah. Scott too.

"Do you like these Scott?" She passes him her phone.

"Yes! I love them. What colors should we do? I like blue."

"I like the pink ones."

Silver I think.

"I'll show them to Esther and see what she thinks."

"You called?" Esther walks out of the bathroom and sits beside Kirstie.

"Do you like these in ears?"

"Oh my gosh yes! For the trio?"

"Yeah. We're all gonna get different colors." She says.

"I like them a lot. Is lumberjack over here gonna get sparkly ones too?" She says and grabs Avi's chin.

"Lumberjack is getting these." He says and shows us his design, a bass clef.

"Oh cute! What about Kevo?"

"Mine just say K.O." He says and holds up his phone.

"Cool. So what are you guys gonna do when we get there?"

"I wanna go shopping." Scott says.

Me too.

"Anyone else wanna go?"

I will.

"Nah. I got stuff to do."

"Avi, Kevin?"

"I'm good. I'm a little tired."

"Same."

I will.

"I guess I'll go alone, then."

I roll my eyes. I said I would go, you idiot.

"Mitch, do you wanna go?" Scott asks finally.

Yeah.

I wish I could've signed some... different words.

Scott would get mad at me, as he still thinks that my mentality is messed up or something.

"Hey, Gen? How much longer?" Kirstie asks.

"About thirty minutes!"

She pauses. "Or more."

The bus comes to a stop and I see a line of cars in front of us.

Ugh.

I check my phone and see that it's almost 9:00.

I'm tired. I'm going to bed.

"Night!" Everyone calls.

I motion for Scott to come with me when no one is looking.

"I'm going, too." He says and starts to grab his crutches.

I tap his shoulder and grab him underneath his legs up into a bridal style.

He giggles and kisses my nose.

I carry him to our bunks and close the door.

"Let's go in the back." He says.

I nod and help him in the back area.

"Okay, what's up?"

Pull up your sleeve.

"So you noticed." He says and pulls his sleeve up.

Why?

"I got really sad, Mitch. It happens sometimes."

I get sad too.

"I know, I just can't cope with it."

Write a song.

"I'm not a lyricist."

You're good enough to be a songwriter.

"I'm sorry."

I know. I love you.

"I love you too."

I need to tell you something.

"What is it? Did you do drugs?"

No. I feel ignored.

"Ignored? How come?"

I was trying to say that I wanted to go with you tomorrow before you asked me. It's like I was... invisible.

"Baby, is that how you feel? I'm so sorry, I love you so much and please don't be mad at me because I love you and-"

I press my lips against his.

He pulls away slowly.

I love you. It's okay.

"I love you too. Can we sleep now?"

Yeah.

"I promise tomorrow that you're gonna get all my attention." He says and winks.

I put him in the bed.

Your ADD is pretty bad so I don't know about that.

I climb into my bunk and turn off my light.

"Well I'll make sure to take my Adderall tomorrow then. Night babe."

Goodnight.
