A/N: I skip a lot of days in my chapters if you haven't noticed because it's extremely hard for me to keep up with the time in my books.

It's still getting harder for me to remember things and I'm sorry if the plot gets jumbled. If it does please point it out so I can correct it.

I will be starting the next chapter right after this one.

Sorry for this chapter.

*Mitch's POV*

"Hey Mitch! Have a good nap?" Kirstie asks.

I nod.

"Good! Want to help arrange this song?"

I scoot over beside Kirstie and look at the paper.

I love this song.

"Me too. Okay so we have stuff until measure..."

What just happened?

Okay, so I surprised Scott with my speech and then...

"Mitch? Do you like this here?"

I look at the paper and point to somewhere else.

"There? We should move it there?"

"Yes." I say.

She looks at me. "Your talking is good."

"Thank you."

She goes to write something and then sets down her music.

"Can you form sentences?"

"A little. S-some words are h-ha-harder than others."

"That's okay. You'll get it soon. I'm glad you can speak. We miss your voice."

"I do too." I laugh.

She hugs me tightly. "I'm so proud of you, Mitch. You're doing so well."

I smile.

"Okay, sorry for the Hallmark moment. Should we run through it?"

I nod.

"Do you guys want to run through Can't Sleep Love?" Avi asks everyone.

Everyone mumbles their response and gets out their music.

Kevin counts us off.

I start singing and a small smile tugs at my lips.

It feels so good.

Just the way that it feels when I sing.

It's amazing.

I look around and see that everyone has smiles on their faces.

I smile and keep singing.

"Yeah." I finish off sassily.

"Yessss Mitch." Kirstie says and hugs me.

"Th-th-that f-felt am... Amazing." I say.

"You sound amazing." Scott says.

Tone it down, boy.

We've gotta be extra careful around each other until Christmas.

"Thanks."

So, long story short, we have a pretty good rehearsal, during which we finish three songs, and then we wrap up by practicing our brand new cover.

"Oh, ah, oh. Oh, ah, oh."
