Charlie walked into the office and looked to see Rafael and smiled "liv called. She thinks that they may have a case. Someone has a thing for get when and likes to attack them" Charlie said as she handed him the file

He looked to her and smirked as he found himself looking down her top as she looked to him and rolled her eyes as she looked to him

"You do realise that you have seen it all before right?" Charlie asked as Rafael looked to her and smirked

"I'm aware it doesn't mean I don't want to see it again" he said as she smirked as she sat down as he looked to her

"Are you okay" he asked as she looked to him and smirked

"I'm just tired I have been studying for the bar exam and I don't know part of me is worried what if I let people down" she said as he looked to her and smiled

"You in no way will let people down. You'd smart and I know you're going to make a hell of a lawyer already. Believe in yourself" he said as Charlie looked to him and smiled as he stood up

He walked over to her and smiled as he pulled her to her feet and smiled as he looked to her

"Don't make me fuck sense into you as I will if I have too" he said as he grabbed her waist and pulled her to him. Charlie looked to him for a moment and smiled as she brushed her lips against his as he pulled her closer to him and smirked. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he pulled her closer as he slipped his tongue into her mouth and pulled her against him

She moaned into the kiss as she ran her hairs through his hair

Charlie stood outside of the interview running watching as the subject asked for a lawyer and sighed as she stood next to Rafael

"Nice tie" she said as he smirked

"Maybe I can use it on you later" he said as she smirked  

"Well, this one will be a slice." He said as Charlie  looked to him

"Liv says We have two of his victims coming in to view the lineup, Armstrong and Murphy.The rest of them made it a point of not being available." Charlie  said as she looked to him

"Neither is the man he killed.What do we have on that?" He asked

"A witness who saw Jones leaving the bar with the victim."

"Anyone at the hotel see Jones?" He asked as Charlie shock her head

"Forensics? DNA?Fingerprints?" He asked

"Look, wears a condom, and he cleans up after himself really well."

"Mr. Murphy is here." Nick said as he popped his head into the room

"Here we go." Charlie said

"Mr. Murphy, thank you for coming in." Charlie said

"I'm Rafael Barba, lead prosecutor on the case this is my assistant Charlie stabler ." Rafeal said

"Yeah, you know, I'm not sure that I'll be able to recognize anyone, so..."
