Charlie walked into micha apartment with Rafael and Olivia.. She looked to see what micha put down as her P.R on the phone. They were working in a domestic violence case. Charlie knew that she wanted justice for micha

"Alicia, what are you doing?I said no press!" He said as Olivia held up her badge. Charlie and Rafael held a look

"Oh, yeah, just get him here.Listen, uh...Micha's resting.This can wait, right?" He said

"No, it can't. I'm Detective Benson, and this is Assistant District Attorney Rafael Barba. His assistant Charlotte stabler" Olivia said as Rafael looked to her for a moment before he glanced to Charlie

"How you doing? Listen, she's gonna issue a statement through her publicist."

"It can't wait. Meanwhile, we need to speak to her." Rafael said

"All right, let's do it." He said as he lead her to the bedroom

"How about you wait here?" Olivia said to him

"Uh--"

"Thank you." Olivia said

"You're welcome." He said

Rafael walked after Olivia and smirked to himself. He was watching Charlie with such awe

"Micha. How you feeling?" Olivia asked

"You had to do this to Caleb?"

"He did it to himself. And to you." Olivia said

"Not according to my twitter feed.They're either calling me a ho or begging me to forgive him."

"Anyone who says that, you should block them immediately.Cause what he did to you is despicable.Micha, this is Rafael Barba from the DA's office.His assistants Charlie" Olivia said as she introduced them.

"I'll be handling the prosecution."

"Prosecution?Is that necessary?"

"Unless he pleads guilty, this will go to trial." He said

"You mean I have to testify?In public?" Micha asked

"That may happen, yes." He said as he glanced to Charlie slightly

"But we will be with you every step of the way.Now, it would also be good if you had some other support there.
Like is there any family that you can call?" Olivia asked

"My sisters, my mother, her boyfriend.If they come up here I'ma have to take care of all of them."

"Okay, so, what about Brass?He's your mentor, right?"
