As mentioned in the last part there was a r@pe it's not really mentioned in this part. Guys I just finished Melissa the book I cried.

Harry PoV-
I hear a banging downstairs.

"Manchester police open up" a voice screams

I hear a loud bang.

I get up pulling my trousers up and walk down the stairs.

"Anne twist your under arrest for kidnap" a man says arresting my mum

"Eddie Allan your under arrest for kidnapping" another man says

"And finally Gemma styles your under arrest for assisting in a kidnap" a woman says to Gemma.

As they're being taken to the police cars I get my phone out of my pocket. I text Louis.

"Dad I need you" I hit send

A police officer comes to me and sits next to me on the step.

"Are you harry" she asks

I nod.

"Louis and zayn are here" she says

I nod.

"Should we go see them" she asks

I nod.

We walk towards the door and sure enough Louis and zayn are there.

"Oh my god harry" Louis says coming towards me.

I burst into tears I don't want anyone to touch me.

"Hey it's okay" he says going to touch me.

I back away.

"So mr and mr.malik we've arrested all three of them. I understand that harry is currently being fostered by you both if we could come interview Harry at a later date" she asks

Louis PoV-

"I mean yeah do you need our address? Phone number?" I ask

"That's fine I can just search it up in the system I'll call you in about a week" she says

"Now harry is there anything you need to tell me" she asks looking at him

He signs no

"That's fine if you need to just call this number" she says handing him a card.

We say goodbyes and walk towards the car. I noticed Harry's was wet when he left the house.

"Harry can we change you" I ask

He shakes his head no.

"You don't want to sit in wet clothes" I say

He nods his head so I grab his bag and he lies on the backseats. I pull his shoes off and his trousers and boxers.

Surely it can't be what I think it is.

"Zayn can you go get the police officer" I ask

Zayn goes and gets her and they walk back to us.

"What seems to be the problem" she asks

"Umm I'm not saying it but look" I say holding Harry's legs up

"Right take any clothes off him and bring him to the station follow me" she says

I put a pair of boxers on Harry and put him in his car seat. I get in and so dose zayn. We follow the police officer to the station. I pick harry up and we walk inside.

"We need to take a look" she says

"I'm not allowed but I'll get a male officer to come with you" she says

We walk into a small room.

"If you could just put harry on the bed here" he says

I lie harry down on the bed and he grabs my hand.

"Right harry I've just got to take a look" he says

He pulls Harry's boxers down and put his legs in the air.

"I won't be a minute" he says walking out

"Harry it's okay" I say rubbing my thumb against his knuckles.

He comes back with a brown bag.

"I need to take a sample" he says getting out a cotton swab

He puts it inside Harry's bum. Harry begins crying.

"Hey hey it's okay" I say

"Right now I need any articles of clothing he wore" he says

"Umm yeah the boxers and trousers aswell as shoes and socks are in the car" I say

"If one of you follow me" he says

Zayns pov-

"You stay here will him" I say

I walk with the officer to the car and open the back door.

"The black ones and the white shoes and socks." I say

"Perfect" he says

He puts gloves on and picks them up putting them in a bag.

as we're walking back in he stops.

"Do you know what's going on" he asks

"No idea" I say

"This is a rape kit. It's going to help us identify the man who did this" he says

We walk into the station and back into the room.

Louis PoV-

"Now I need to remove this top" he says talking to Harry

Harry sits up and the officer removes the top.

"Harry I know this is scary okay if you could just agree that you understand" he says

Harry signs the word yes.

"I need it verbally" he says

Harry looks at him. 'Can't talk' he signs

"Okay I'll need your signature as well as you two" he says looking at me and zayn

Harry signs it so do me and zayn.

"Now take him home I suggest a bath and if he doesn't want touching don't force it" he says

We say thanks and goodbyes and we head out. I put harry in his car seat and shut the door.

Me and zayn get in the front and drive home.

Once we arrive home zayn gets harry out of the car. I walk up to the door and unlock it. Zayn filling behind me.

"Haz should we go have a bath" I ask

He shakes his head no.

"It's okay it'll be quick" I say

He signs 'fine'

So we head up to the bathroom. I run and bath and put some bubbles in zayn gets Harry's boxers off and puts him in the bath.

I grab a box of toys and put them in the bath. Harry begins playing.

I get up and walk to Harry's room. I find him a pair of pyjamas I lie them on the bed for him.

I grab a towel and walk back into the bathroom.

Harry looks at me and signs 'out'

I pick him up and wrap him in a towel zayn grabs a pull up and we walk into Harry's room. I put the pull up on him and his pyjamas.

"Do you want to sleep" I ask

He nods his head so I give him a dummy and his blanket.

Soon enough he's asleep. Me and zayn walk out and go to the kitchen.

I instantly start crying. Zayn pulls me in.

"Why him" I ask

"It's okay Lou we'll sort it out" he says
