SUMMARY: This story takes place before Black Water Lilies of "YES, ITS US!" which is the last part of the KiraSayaRiri trilogy. Its best enriched after having read "IS IT REALLY YOU?", "BEHIND CLOSED DOORS", "YES, ITS US!" and previous outtake chapter THE KAIZEN TOWER.

This chapter was also inspired by Zayn's "PillowTalk"

Sayaka Igarashi Momobami awoke to the sound of pots and pans rattling in the kitchen. It had been six weeks since the delivery of their youngest daughter and Kirari Momobami had taken it upon herself to cook and clean after Sayaka so she could recover faster. Kirari had a dozen nannies at her disposal but inspite of it, she kept them away from the small penthouse of the Kaizen and only let them in when it was time to put their newborn Masayaka to bed after being breastfed.

Kirari had been completely weird after the Kaizen incident. At first, Sayaka wondered if the bizarre behavior Kirari was exhibiting was because she felt guilty for disciplining Damien Inbami. He was, afterall, the Bami cousin she was closest to. Then, she wondered if it was because Kirari was scared to lose their newborn again. She also wondered if Kirari was acting odd just because Sayaka had lost her temper in a hot minute and called Damien and her an imbecile and a gambling addict with no common sense and decency six weeks ago. Otherwise, it couldn't possibly be because it was Ririka Momobami's turn in the Spring to spend time with Sayaka because March was still a long way off. Whatever the reason, it bothered Sayaka and Kirari didn't seem inclined to discuss it and she brushed off any attempt on Sayaka's part to point it out to her.

Sayaka pushed herself up and slipped her feet into her worn-out fluffy cat-eared slippers. She dialed the phone on the bedside table and was delighted when Sonja picked it up on the other end. She could hear her screaming in the background calling the twin brothers.

"Put me on the speakers, Sonja, like I showed you before. You know how to, right?" Sayaka instructed her five-year old daughter.

"Mommyaka is on the phone!!!" Sonja screamed loudly through the hallway as she was too short to reach the intercom. In a matter of minutes, she could hear a chorus of them shrieking.

"Hello my little darlings," Sayaka greeted them cheerfully.

"Hello Mommy!" Jonas, Jason, and Sonja replied calmly after Ririka joined them.

"I miss you, Mami!" Jason bent his little head over the phone speakers and it looked as if he were about to kiss it.

"I miss you mol, Mommy!" Jonas replied competitively pushing his twin aside.

"No I miss Mommy more. I win! Because I wait by the phone everyday," Sonja replied haughtily as she emphasized each 'i' word and Ririka's laugh could be heard in the background.

"I'm glad you miss me. Mommy thinks about all of you all the time. Did all of you brush your teeth after breakfast?"

"Uhm-hm we brush teeth with Mamika."

   "Is Mommy 'Ika nearby?"

"I'm here, Sayaka. Its hard to miss Sonja's siren call," Kirari's identical twin Ririka Momobami replied as she sat on the elegant chair next to the phone. She pulled Jason on her lap before the twin boys got into a playful scuffle of shove and tug, "Would you like to do a video call instead?"

"I just got up and I have to go to the bathroom soon. I just wanted a quick call to see how you were all doing."

"Have you been doing your exercises?"
