Some will grieve and some will weep
As you succumb to Eternal Sleep
Those who answer Death's call
Will be buried deep, so very deep
The ground will crumble and fall
And cover you like a soft brown shawl
It'll wrap you up secure and tight
Yet make your form look so small
Underground it's a dark as night
There's not a single shaft of light
Something to penetrate this gloom cannot be found
There is no brightness in sight
The soul will drift from the ground
Silently, without a sound
Towards the sky from the ground it'll seep
But only the souls know where they're bound
Some will grieve and some will weep
As you lay there in Eternal Sleep
One day we'll all answer Death's call
And be buried deep, so very deep
