Drake was not in a good mood because Zane and his defeated Grimace and Weegee.
Drake:(anger) Zane's becoming even more a pain in the ass.
???: Then perhaps you should let me deal with him and his friends.

Drake: Ah El Hermano so good to see you again.
El Hermano: So this Zane kid possesses Chaos Energy.
Drake: Yes and he's becoming a nuisance.
El Hermano: Well I'll personally see to it that he's gone. Because I have two hostages that will make him come to me.
The two that were tied up are Vanilla and her daughter Cream.

Zane is walking home until he sensed someone and dodged the attack.
Zane: Who the hell are you?
El Hermano: My name is El Hermano and it would be wise for you to surrender.
Zane: And why would I do that?
El Hermano snapped his fingers revealing to be Vanilla and Cream.
Zane:(Vanilla and Cream! Oh he crossed the line!)
That's when Zane got an idea. He uses half of his Chaos Energy to freeze time as he sneaks behind him and frees the two rabbits
El Hermano:(surprised) What?!
Zane cracks his knuckles as he charges at El Hermano and punches him in the face. El Hermano growled as he fought Zane. The two clashed against each other as barrages of punches were heard. Zane spindashed him hard in the chest sending him crashing into the wall.
El Hermano:(anger) This isn't over.
El Hermano retreated.
Zane walked to both Vanilla and Cream with concern.
Zane:(concern) Are you both alright?
Vanilla: Yes we're ok thank you.
Zane gave Vanilla a happy and genuine smile.
Zane: You're welcome.
Vanilla blushed from that.
Zane: Come on you two can live with me and the others.
Vanilla and Cream followed him to his house where they see the Eggbosses and Eggman.
Eggman: Vanilla and Cream!
Zane: Yeah they'll be living with us. Also Eggman if anything happens to Cream I will cut off your mustache and break every bone in your body got it?!
Eggman gulped as he nodded his head in fear.
Zane: Good. So you hungry Cream?
Cream nodded happily as Zane smiled as he heads to make food.
