Chapter 11

The drive to the hospital was very very very long Bailey told me she wanted me to be checked out because I was in the somke to long and that she might be scared that I have smoke in my lungs

I'm very grateful for Bailey because she's the first person I know that cares for me so deeply but I hope I can keep our friendship forever because I lost a lot of my friends back in Greece because if what I did.

I mean it isn't the first time I was in a burning building or had shit pierce through my skin

Back home I was in the Greece Mafia nobody knew until I started to get more bruises or was more exhausted my friends started to get suspicious and one day the all cornered me and asked me what was going on and why I've been so distanced from them

I told them what I do and when I told them they told me I was sick and they all just looked at me disgusted like I was a piece of trash that everybody stepped on and that's when I lost my friends..

And I don't want to lose Bailey she's starting to grow on me and I know that's dangerous because I'm putting her in danger and also my family. My parents doesn't know I was in the Mafia back home nobody knew but we started getting death threats and when we got them u went to the base and confronted the head of the Mafia she told me she hasn't done anything

So we did some investigating and found out it was the one of our rivals trying to kill me because I killed some of their men i mean it was my job but it started to get worse I think my parents started to get scared and we moved but I don't think that's the reason...

I snapped out of my thoughts  just as we stopped at front of the hospital and I took a big breath and turned to Bailey

" I'm fine"

"I don't believe you"

"Bailey I promise I'm fine"  I said but she gave me the look that said ' I still don't believe you '

"Fine I'll go" when she heard those words she smiled and got out of the car

What the heck

"Where are you going" I asked getting out of the car and walked behind her

"I'm coming with " she said and just took me by the arm and dragged me inside

2 hours later

I just finished my check up and I found out I had smoke in my lungs and have three broken ribs

Bailey started to cry when she found out

"Bailey I'm not dying I'm still alive" I started to comfort her and she just shook it off and hugged me so tight that my ribs started to hurt

"Too tight" she let go and just took my hand and drove me home

I just hope my parents aren't home so they can't see the state that I'm in

"Thank you for driving me home"  I said and watched as she drove away

It's been a long day I entered the house and saw that no one is home typical my mum and dad have been disappearing for as long as I can remember they would be at home one day and the next be gone for at least six months

I was to tired to make myself dinner so I just went to my room and got in the shower and let the hot water relax my tense body. After my shower I went straight to bed thinking how my life changed from being in a gang to not from moving to a new place from my friends leaving me and getting new rivals like Chase

Ughh this is not what I wanted
