Pyrix_Fairy this would be the stronger of the two spells. It is a part of the white flame stage but it is called Iced Flame because it realizes and shows more ice than our white flame. This would be the harder hitter of the two because it can physically stop things in its tracks whereas white flame is more likely to ignite with things that are more flammable or make things generally explode from overheating externally or internal.
