Dearest Family: Part 2

"It's a gourmet craving of cosmic dimensions!"

"The pastry your father and his father created together is exceptional and unique. I'm afraid its impact on Tikki will-" Sass tries to warn us when Mari cuts him off.

"You're exaggerating Sass, it's just a galette."

"I'm sorry to tell you this but I don't think you know Tikki as well as you think you do," All the kwamiis nod in agreement, soon quivering from Tikki's glare.

"What?! Of course, I know her. I can say I know her better than anyone," Marinette starts to get offensive.

"Marinette we should hear them out. They seem pretty admit about this and they all have known Tikki a lot longer than you," I try to reason since the kwamiis seemed really freaked out.

"No, don't listen to them. It's not worth getting upset about when it's so much easier to go get some more for everybody," Her tone gets kind of harsh and the kwamiis start to quiver.

"Exactly so everyone stay here and I'll be back with some galette for everyone," Mari leaves and I turn around to ask what is going on when all the kwamiis fly into a panic.

"We're never gonna get to taste the galette!"

"We'll be lucky if that's the only consequence of the great sweet tooth's appetite."

"Woah, woah, woah, calm down. What are you talking about?" I ask, trying to calm the kwamiis down.

"It's Tikki. She's a huge sweet addict and we mean HUGE. She'll gain an addiction and then no one can stop her from her cravings. So many sweets have gone extinct or almost gone extinct because she couldn't control herself," Flaake explains as Sass nods his head.

"Her cravings are extremely dangerous. There is no limit to what she'll do for more. It could affect Ladybug's powers." 

"Ok. Thanks for telling me, I'll make sure to inform Marinette but for now, Barkk, and Wayzz since this is an emergency I'm giving you permission to go out, keep an eye on Tikki. That way we can stop her from getting out of control but don't be seen," They nod and I head downstairs to find the Dupain-Cheng family outside arguing about whether or not Marinette was old enough for the pink motorcycle that Gina had bought her as a graduation gift.

Doesn't she need her driver's license before she can get a motorcycle license? I don't think fourteen-year-olds can drive motorcycles anyway. I can't help but think as the adults argue when I hear Barkk and Wayzz trying to get my attention. They point inside and I gasp to see Tikki on the prowl, trying to get the galette.

"Marinette, the galette," I warn her and we quickly run inside and grab the galette.

"Tikki what are you doing?!"

"I just wanted a better sniff of the galette," She lies and I narrow my eyes at her about to call her out since the entire building smelled of galette when she quickly hid, the adults walking in to see what we were doing.

"Why don't we head inside and eat the galette as a family then we can discuss the motorcycle."

The argument didn't stop even when we went upstairs. Tom, Sabine, Gina, and Rolland sat on the couch arguing about, all having different views while Marinette and I handed them galettes while keeping Tikki from eating them. Thankfully the adults were too engrossed in their argument to see me and Marinette trying to grab Tikki before she flew upstairs.

"Tikki's not acting normal," Mari expresses her worry when we get upstairs.

"The kwamiis did try to warn you. She's got out-of-control cravings."

"There's still one solution. TIKKI SPOTS ON!" She forces a transformation and sighs before clutching her stomach. "Why am I...So hungry...?" She stumbles around as we all step away from her.

"I'm guessing Tikki's cravings will be controlling Ladybug now?" I ask and the kwamiis nod before we hear a noise on the stairway. 

"Hide!" We instruct the kwamiis before heading to the roof, Ladybug taking me with her as we escape before the cravings kick in again and she stumbles. 

Since it was dangerous to be out here like this I hid and transformed. 

"I'm so hungry. It's impossible to resist these cravings."

"Well you have to, Tikki obviously can't."

Ladybug starts sniffing the air before looking down at some people with a predatory grin. 

"Ladybug," I warn but it is too late she has stolen the galette and begun wolfing them down.

"You need discipline Ladybug like my granddaughter!" We suddenly hear Bakerix before I can scold her and he drinks his power up.

A fight quickly broke out even though all LB was doing was trying to save the galette in her hand.

"I can't stop, these galettes are so good," She continues eating, allowing herself to get caught.

"The miraculous is mine!" Chat Noir thankfully intervenes. 

"Hey, that looks delicious M'lady. Save us a piece?"

"No way Kitty! Thanks for the helping hand can you help (s/n) deal with him? I've got an emergency with my kwamii."

He agrees before shooting me a confused look and I nod before we focus back on the fight. We take the fight to the street only for Weredad to get involved too resulting in our capture.

"Ladybug!" Chat calls out, distracting the two long enough to make a run for it before Qilin appears.

"How is that possible? We just gave her a magical charm?" mutter before realizing something. "Speaking of which we gave one to Rolland not too long ago too. How have they been akumatized?"

"We'll have to figure that out later but for now...CATACLYSM!" He breaks the ground and we escape into the sewers.
