We watch from the top of the Eiffel Tower for Ladybug and company to show up to fight off the illusions but after a few good minutes, there is still no sign of any of them.

"Still nothing. You sure your simple plan is gonna work your highness?" Claw Noir mocks Monarch.

"Of course, my plan is foolproof. They'll show up. They always show up in the end," Monarch reassures. (Foolproof *wheezes* He's developing a sense of humor lol)

I cross my arms and hum in thought it was still taking them too long, they had to be planning something but there was no way to know what we were doing...Right?

Ladybug summons us all down after a few minutes and we watch the video Alya caught of Monarch's plan.

"That's the room where I first arrived," Betterfly points out worriedly.

"I was there for a sleepover. It's Marinette and (y/n)'s place."

Chat starts to get worried. "Your friends Marinette and (y/n), are they safe?"

"Yes, I made sure of that," Betterfly reassures and Alya agrees.

"They've also confirmed with me that they're ok."

"But back on topic so far they've been following Monarch's plan to lure us out with giant illusions in hopes of separating us," I state getting the conversation back on topic.

"Yes, and it's only the beginning of their trap and even though Alya recorded it all no matter what I think of I can't find any plan against a trap like this," Ladybug starts to hyperventilate, on the verge of having another panic attack. 

"M'lady, I know you're having a hard time right now and I'm sure our last two encounters with Monarch aren't helping but I believe in you more than anything even if you don't believe in yourself right now. You're the best at finding the craziest ideas even when everything seems lost it's just like with your Lucky Charms. They never make any sense but they work every time because of your intellect, your creativity, your wit, your ability to think on your feet. You're a lot more capable than you realize right now," Chat tells her, resting his palm on her cheek and wiping away a stray tear with his thumb.

"They're such great partners," Betterfly whispers and I whisper back.

"Would you believe they're not dating?"

He gives me a surprised look and I sigh.

"With these two it's a long complicated story."

He shakes his head and turns his attention to Ladybug.

"He's right, you can't lose hope. I'm sure there's a solution," Betterfly encourages and I nod in agreement.

Ladybug gives us a grateful smile before stating, "I do have an idea but it might be too convoluted."

"So the norm like always," I snicker. "Try us and we'll tell you if it is."

"Ok first of all the miraculous of the butterfly has a limited range. Past a certain distance, the holder can't keep in touch with the akuma or the akumatized people. So we'll get far enough from Paris to be out of Monarch's reach so Betterfly can turn Alya into Ubiquity. Next Betterfly will go back and retrieve another butterfly before lending me the butterfly miraculous so I can create a second superhero with a specially crafted superpower to protect Chat Noir, (s/n), and me. Next, we'll hide the object the Kamiko landed into in the parallel universe where it'll be inaccessible to Monarch and he can't remove your powers during the battle that'll protect us from Monarch's final blow."
