Hazbin Hotel pilot is confirmed a canon and all the characters still have their Pilot outfits.
Like in the beginning of "Masquerade", we see Angel Dust in his pilot outfit. And in a flashback when Charlie met Vaggie, we see them in their pilot outfits.
