1.No added sugars!
•Sugar,sucrose, glucose, fructose, maltose, dextrose, molasses, hydrolyzed starch, honey,invert sugar, cane sugar, glucose fructose, high fructose corn syrup, brown sugar, corn sweetener, rice/corn cane/maple/malt/golden/palm syrup and agave nectar.

2.Don't snack
•Eat 3 times a day or less

3.Reduce carbs
•Wheat, rice, oats, potatoes, etc

4.Increase natural fats
•Olive oil, butter, coconut oil, nuts, avocado

5.Fast for 24-36hrs every couple of days

6.Reduce cortisol
•Reduce stress, mediate, sleep good

7.At least one workout a day
