CHAPTER 7: A Secret No More

Gemini's POV:

School ended, but no sight of Hia yet. He usually comes 5 minutes before the bell rings, and I would usually come late. But today, it was the opposite. I came right when the bell rang, and he's not here yet. I texted him, and he said he's on the way. I turned around, seeing fourth also waiting for his brother. He's on the call with them right now.

Fourth: No need to worry phi phuwin. I can take the bus and arrive home.

I gave him a small smile, and he returned it.

Fourth: "Mhm! Yes.. yeah, I will call you when I get home... ok, byeeeee!"

Gemini: "Is everything okay?" I asked, concerned by his expression.

Fourth: "Yeah, I just need to take the bus home."

Gemini: "Why? Don't your brothers usually pick you up."

Fourth: "Yeah, but it's kinda busy at the café and phi phuwin is unable to get his car out."

Gemini: "Oh! But fot why don't you come with me."

Fourth: "Would that be okay?"

Gemini: "Yeah, usually my brother or phi pond picks me up."

Gemini: "There's always room in the back."

Fourth: "Ok, but I don't wanna trouble you."

Gemini: "Oyy, it will only trouble me letting you go the bus. I mean, people might be trying to sight you and get close to you or ev-"

I couldn't finish because I got interrupted by fourth's chuckle. He was cute.

Gemini: "Ahh, come fot, there's my phi pulling up." I said, dragging fourth by his hand.

IN THE CAR

Author's POV:

Joong: "Who's that Gemini is holding hands with?"

Pond: "I don't know. I'm guessing a friend."

Joong: "Or it could be that mystery guy." He said amused, looking at Pond.

Pond: "Maybe." He said laughing, and looking back at joong.

Gemini's POV:

Me and fourth got in the backseat of the car as I saw both phi joong and phi Pond were sitting at front. That's probably why Phi came late. Him and phi pond were probably goofing around.
I saw them both looking at fourth and then back at me, giving confused looks. I can tell they want an introduction. So I gave them one.

Gemini: "Oh um yeah this is fourth, my friend from uni. Fourth, this is joong my brother and Pond his bodyguard, but I look at him as my brother too."

Joong & Pond: "Sawdee krub." They said giving a wai.

Fourth: "Um.. sawdee krub." He said, giving a wait back.

I can tell fourth felt overwhelmed. I mean, it's his first time meeting my family. Well, at least my brother and phi pond. Hia joong started the car and soon we were on the road. He asked fourth where he lived so he could drop him off there.

Pond: "Oh um nong how long have you two been friends." He turned facing us and asked, smiling while raising his eyebrows.

Joong: "Oyy pond would stop making nong fourth uncomfortable." He said, giving a small slap on phi pond's arm.

Joong: "Sorry nong. This is how he always is. Ignore him."

Fourth: "Oh, it's okay, Phi. He reminds me of my hia."
