Pray on the spot
I challenge you to pray on the spot. How many times do we say we'll pray for something but end up not doing it? I've been guilty of this, too, where I would talk about playing for something but wouldn't. That's why I learned the power of praying on the spot.
If you see someone hurt, sick, homeless, troubled, etc, pray for them on the spot. If someone you know is going through something. Pray for them on the spot. If you see something that bothers you wherever you are, whether at school, home, your community or country, etc. The more you practice this, the more prayer will become your natural reaction to any situation, circumstance, or news.
