he also found several races that he sent to arcadia for integration

shinji had absolutely destroyed the sekirei plan before it even started as he killed transferred the sekirei himself to arcadia, before they could awaken, his next task required unit-13 and his grimoire to be used in tandem as he had collected all seventy-two djinn from the magi dimension, obtaining a casting assistant device, shinji had to change his plans quite abruptly at this piece of technology as it changed basically all of his plans, but it did so for the better, the weapons known as the LUX from the asterisk war, was very useful as well for vector level weaponry

shinji then got the drag-ride sword device which honestly would by this point only be a catalyst for aiding shinji's plans while the blades were useful, they weren't anything new, now the japanese imperial demon armies cursed gears, were however something shinji found exceptionally useful, when he got himself a zanpakuto almost immediately after the fact, shinji nearly exploded with anticipation, the teigu also known as the imperial arms further intensified this, but the soul weapons they changed everything, people who could turn into weapons, with small tweaks to them, they could be exceedingly powerful in the principality, fortunately he had succeeded in recruiting a soul weapon to his cause, a deathscythe at that, azusa yumi, who joined him, on the condition that he helped them deal with the kishin asura, an hour later he walked up to death himself, and held out asura's soul, much to the shock of the deathscythes

"what exactly do you need me for, if you have that kind of power" azusa asked, they watched as his expression darkened at that

"i have been using unit-13 and it's power too much, if i don't branch out, i will become over reliant on that monster's power, that thing is worse then anything you could ever face" i said, with full seriousness, that caused even death to look worriedly at me, but i left almost immediately thereafter, collecting azusa two days later and sending her to arcadia i also sent the dragonaut akira sōya and her partner machina, and the dragon garnet mclane there as well

in fact shinji collected dragons from two different dimensions after that as well

when he arrived on remnant he quickly killed salem and her entire circle and wiped out the grimm with unit-13 for good measure, he then announced himself and offered the world a place in the principality, a decision that all four kingdoms quickly accepted and so they were sent to the arcadian system, where shinji's personal fleet was located they would integrate remnant he was sure of such

he obtained magical terminal devices, which gave him pause as he yet again had to rethink his plan for the vector project or more accurately the weapons those vectors would user, obtaining the crest from the grancrest world, mostly to modify the command seals

for the first time shinji had to use unit-13 to gain a power in this case it was the shinki naming, shinji felt that would come in handy later, gaining the quill used for the written-style summoning magic, gaining the godly authorities for his grimoire was a huge boon as well 

shinji chose one more world as his final one, and he chose a good one, as the glenn entered the DXD universe, he had destroyed the old satan faction of the devils utterly annihilated them, he then negotiated with the new satan faction, gaining their allegiance and sending them to arcadia, gaining access to several sacred gears including the one he hunted down himself in the true longinus, he finally set course for arcadia once more to begin the integration of all he had gathered

it was after this world that misato reminded him of the world they had skipped at the beginning of their journey, so he transferred himself to one of the few remaining plantations on arcadia that were functioning and he sent misato on her way, when she returned with the commander of that world's organization, shinji ikari was ready to strangle misato katsuragi, but he welcomed their world into the principality, before telling misato that all personnel are to beam to the surface

he had taken and hidden the glenn at GEHIRN which was NERV HQ that was rebuilt and upscaled specifically to house the refit glenn-class starship, NCC-1030-A: U.S.S.-GLENN, his also refitted evangelion unit-01 was also refit and modified and placed within NERV

and so he boarded unit-13 as what he did next required his personal touch, he began the spell that would change everything and everyone around him
