It was a stormy day in Happy Harbor, Rhode Island. By stormy, that meant there was a hurricane and the Young Justice team had to stay inside,
"I'm bored" Wally West (or also known as The Kid Flash), who had some serious ADD problems, moaned
"Then run around the facility. I do not know what to tell you" Kaldur (or also known as Aqualad) said, returning to his book.
Wally peeked over his shoulder
"What are you reading?" KF asked
"Unbroken" Was all the Atlantian said
A few minutes later, Wally was pacing the room with his super speed. All of a sudden, Robin (or also known as Dick or Richard), was heard laughing in the shadows. Wally slowed down to regular speed as Dick walked out the shadows. He was soaked to the bone.
"Gotham flooded, so Batman sent me here" Dick explained, starting to shiver from being cold and wet.
"You agreed without fighting?" Kaldur asked, looking up from his book
"Batman said it was an order" Dick said
"You should change out of those wet clothes" Wally suggested
Dick nodded and went to change. A few minutes later, he came back into the living room area in his pajamas, which consisted of sweats and one of his hoodies. He was also wearing his sunglasses and holding a book. Wally groaned inwardly.
"Lets play hide and seek" Wally said
Dick grinned. "I'm in" He said
"Kaldur?" Wally asked
"Fine, if it gets you to be quiet" Kaldur grumbled, clearly annoyed by the ginger
"Superboy?" Wally asked
Superboy nodded, but didn't say anything.
"How about you, Artemis?" Dick asked
"Why not?" She said
"I'll play" M'gann said, entering the living room area, she was in the kitchen before
"Were you reading his mind? What did we say about that, M'gann?" Aqualad asked sternly
"Only read the bad guys' minds" She said sounding a little ashamed
"It's alright, she's still getting use to the Earth customs" Wally said
Dick felt jealous. He never felt jealous. Miss Martian noticed and raised an eyebrow in his direction.
"Alright, the rules are simple-" Wally was cut off when the power went out.
"The generator will power 3, 2, 1" Dick said as the power came back on
"How'd you do that?" Superboy asked
"Same power system as the Bat-cave" Dick laughed
"You may now continue, Wally" Kaldur said
"The rules are simple, the hiders hide in places while the one person, the seeker counts to sixty, exactly one minute, before they try to find the hiders. And no telekinesis or technology to find up, got that M'gann? Got it Rob?" Wally said, sending them both sharp looks
"Yes sir" M'gann said
"Fine, take all the fun out of it" The Boy Wonder mumbled
~Time Skip~
A few minutes later after a hardcore game of rock, paper scissors, Superboy was it.
"1, 2, 3..." Connor started counting
Dick disappeared into the shadows with his classic laugh, Wally sped away, Aqualad ran in the direction of the pool, M'gann simply sat on the couch next to the counting clone, and Artemis sat on the floor in front of Connor.
"58, 59, 60! Ready or not, here I come!" Connor shouted
He spotted Artemis right away.
"Found you!" He said
"I like being seeker better" Artemis said, sitting on the couch , right on M'gann
"Ow! Hey!" M'gann said, becoming visible as Artemis jumped off her
"Found you! You're right, being seeker is fun" Superboy said with a grin
~With the Boy Wonder~
Dick couldn't help himself and he sneezed. He wasn't allergic to dust or anything he knew of.
"You, Rob?" It was Wally
"Hey KF" He muttered, rubbing his nose
"You okay? You look kind of pasty. You sick or something?" KF asked
Dick coughed, then yawned. He nearly collapsed, he would've... if it weren't for the Kid Flash. He set Dick down gently in his lap gently. Dick was fast asleep, and so was Wally by the time Superboy found the both of them. Dick was holding onto Wally as tightly as possible. The red-head just looked peaceful. M'gann laid a blanket on the Boy Wonder seeing him start to shiver again.
