Sai's morning began with the  sound of her phone ringing, pulling her out of sleep. Groggily, she reached for it, seeing Sam's name flashing on the screen.

"Sam, what's up?" she answered, her voice still heavy with sleep.

"Hey, Sai. You awake?" Sam's voice crackled through the phone.

"Just about. What's going on?"

"IG's holding a press conference at the police department. Says he's introducing some special officer of the central force especially coming from Delhi for the murder case."

Sai's eyes widened, the adrenaline kicking in as she sat up in bed. "When?"

"At 10 am. I am going with the team. Thought you'd want to know."

"Thanks, Sam. I'll be right there."

Sam enquired "Do I need to pick you?"

Sai said "Thanks Sam you are live saver. Come at 9."

With that, Sai hung up and sprang into action, her morning routine a blur of activity. She slipped into her workout clothes and laced up her running shoes, eager to clear her mind before the day's events. As she jogged through the familiar streets of Mumbai, her thoughts raced, anticipation building for the upcoming press conference.

After her run, Sai hit the gym, pushing herself through a rigorous workout that left her feeling energized and focused. Back at home, she showered and dressed quickly. Sai teased her elder sister about her love for parathas as she sat down to breakfast.

"Tai, you really need to cut back on those carbs," Sai, eyeing her plate piled Parathas.

Sivani rolled her eyes, unfazed by her sister's comments. "I need the energy to handle so many little monsters Sai. I have a feeling today is going to be a long day."

As Shivani defended her breakfast choices, Sai couldn't help but chuckle at her sister's response.

"I can't survive only on boiled veggies, eggs, and salads like you, Sai. I don't need to maintain a figure like yours, so let me enjoy my food," Shivani retorted, taking another bite of her paratha.

Their mother, Alka, shook her head with a sigh. "You two will drive me mad. One is eating and getting fat— who will marry you, Shivani? And here, my youngest daughter Sai scares off any boy who comes near her. God knows if I'll ever see either of you married."

Sai rolled her eyes at her mother's melodrama, accustomed to her concerns about their marriage prospects. "Don't worry, Aai. I'm sure Shivani will find someone who appreciates her love for parathas."

With a playful smile, Sai quickly finished her breakfast and headed for the door. "Anyway, I have to go. Sam just arrived, and I can't keep him waiting. See you later, Tai. Bye, Aai."

With that, Sai made her exit, leaving her family to their breakfast banter as she embarked on another day of chasing stories and seeking truth.

Meanwhile, at the Chavan household, Virat's morning began with a call from the Inspector General, informing him about the press conference.

"Understood, sir. I'll be there on time," Virat replied, his voice steady and composed.

After the call, he went about his morning routine, preparing himself mentally for the day ahead. He left the house before Sai, So she was unaware of his arrival.

As the clock ticked closer to the appointed time, both Sai and Virat made their way to the police department, their thoughts consumed by the mystery that awaited them and the challenges that lay ahead.
