In the end

We'll all die

You won't be remembered

And nobody will miss you

So live while you can

For nobody but yourself

Strive for joy and pleasure

Because when the end comes

And your body wastes away

To nothingness

Your soul naught but a damned thing

Recalling only the past

You'll revel in the things

You wish you had done

With what little time

You had in this mortal and finite realm

Things above you too far to touch

And things below you too great to see

Your conscious will wander

Between planes and places

Searching for something

To create contentment

And relieve this never ending misery

A nightmare created

By the things you never did

And will eternally regret

In your aforementioned life
